I duplicated my order by mistake and Geoff from customer services alerted me about it, then Martin at customer services confirmed that they had cancelled it for me. I appreciated how helpful and efficient they were.
Ordered a large and small tower fan. Numerous delivery issues followed. Disappointed with the fans. Noisy, incomprehensible controls (For a dinosaur like me). With all the time and aggravation I wish I'd not bothered. Credit where due. HS TV customer service answered every email and did their best to resolve. Rejected my online review though. Additional. HSTV have since offered to uplift and credit. Although unhappy with the product and more so the delivery issues. I have invested 4 days annual leave and the calls and emails to the courier. So I'll stick with them. Rather than have gone through all this to end up with nothing. Further. Since the above. HSTV Customer service has continued to pull out all the stops to placate me. Honestly above and beyond. To the point where my original rating is unfair. They have given me confidence that any possible issues would be dealt with down the line. Think you can truly judge a company by how they respond to issues - well done on turning this around.

jamie the guy that I spoke to took my order it was one of the easiest phone calls I've had I ordered my product he was extremely polite and explained everything to me he was easy to speak to very caring and he was a lovely young man.i was very impressed.i have worked in customer services for 40 years so I know good customer service when I hear it please pass my comments on.thank you

Smart air Boost Having ordered one of these units some time ago, it had to be replaced under warranty as it had ceased to work. That replacement has also now stopped working. I phoned the customer service help line, who were polite, but were unable to offer me a refund as I requested, as the unit was more than a month old. The replacement unit was quickly despatched, I just hope it lasts longer than the two it replaces. When they work, the do a great job in spreading the heat more evenly across the room.

Purchased a Smartair radiator booster worked well over the winter months, also cheap to run Charger has just packed up, supplier sending replacement, no questions asked Will deal with this company again
Purchased the (Like New) Air Hawk Max and it was as they state in perfect condition. Could not find any sign of usage. It performs perfectly, only gripe is no second battery supplied. A bargain purchase.....

Ordering was easy, many different ways to pay was also a bonus and being kept upto date with delivery status.
This company use Evri to deliver your order and so far my next day delivery due on Tuesday has not rives and this is now Friday. Every day I receive emails from Evri with a delivery time and the item never arrives. This is not the first time Evri have been atrocious at delivering my goods and, had I known that High Street TV used them I would not have placed my order. I will update on the produce if and when I receive it. Notified High Street TV of the issue and, as Evri were the only courier they used in my area, a full refund was immediately issued. Shame what seems to be a good company are being tainted by Evri.

Good price for the air fryer. The website was easy to use and my order was processed quickly and arrived 3 or 4 days later.
ordered a spare inner pot 5.7L for pressure king pro, it arrived in a plastic shipping bag with very little protection, upon checking the packaging when it arrived it had slash marks on it obviously done by some sort of blade. The inner pot was also damaged it had two dents on the bottom which must have taken some force to inflict as it is metal,. Unable to contact HSTV, phone just rings and the email link does not work, why cant you just display HSTV email on the website. Not Recommended
I had An amazing experience with High st tv. I had an issue with a product I spoke with them and they rectified it immediately and sent me a new one! Absolutely love the 5 min chef maker so so good! Amazing Customer service too xx
After spending hours dealing with very unhelpful chat bots and customer service on 2 other sites, Luke at High Street TV was a Godsend! He replied quickly, and most importantly, truthfully, and he actually took time and effort to answer my questions and find the solution. The service he provided was top notch and I have nothing but praise for him and High Street TV!!
After purchasing the 5 minute Clever Chef I realised there were no recipes. I contacted the High Street TV. Shopping customer services they were extremely helpful. There is no official printed recipes to follow but Nimmy and Luke forwarded a print out of suggestions. This has been invaluable, so now I can use the Clever Chef. Excellent service, thank you.
