The customer care service was extremely helpful and understanding. And I greatly appreciated their upgrade to compensate for an out of stock item. Friendly and polite staff make such a difference to the shopping experience

The lady who took my order was lovely. Sweet. Treated me with care. The product I ordered is wonderful. No regrets buying it and well worth the money. It was the 5 minute chef. Cooks omelets and many other things. Well done to you. I would recommend this to my friends. Thank you

The delivery stated was 3 to 5 working days, it has been 9 days now, when I contacted the firm, I was told it was out of stock, but back in soon. Customer care is pants when the customer has to chase the seller for something the seller should obviously state, like "out of stock"

I recently bought the Cleverchef multi cooker, when it arrived I was disappointed to find there was not a single recipe in there that I could even try it out. I am 78 and didnt want to go through the computer trying to find recipes and how to use it. I wrote to customer service telling them of my disappointment and within a very short time I had an email back saying they would send me a recipe book and put a link to recipes I could use in the meantime. My recipe book arrived within two days. Thats real customer service for you. Thank you

Initially i had posted a negative review about the lawn barber because it wouldn't work for me - then, i discovered the problem was either the charger or battery- I cannot compliment the customers' service highly enough - they were courteous, professional, and acted very quickly to replace the defective part - thank you so much - greatly appreciated

I bought a cyclone bike and had problems with the right foot rest hence my three stars. I contacted the company and was sent a new foot rest. The company were very helpful and dealt with the situation. I remain very happy with the bike and would highly recommend it. Thank you

The agent Brent was so patient and meticulous about explaining how all the parts of my new Jethawk work, yet aware of time he could spend on the phone he waited till I could get myself to the living room as I have s disability. Lovely agent wonderful service

I was given an Airhawk Pro Tyre inflator as a present a few years ago and some time later realised I’d lost the schraeder inflation hose rendering the product pretty much useless. I contacted High Street TV in the forlorn hope that I could get a replacement as I couldn’t find one to fit from anywhere else and they do not advertise spares on their website. To my great surprise I received an email the same day from Ben at customer care who arranged for the part to be sent out to my home address at no cost. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service offered by Ben and the company. I had reservations due to the type of company a “TV” company would be, but their service speaks for itself and would now consider them a good retailer and they have saved from disposing of their product unnecessarily which can only be good for the environment.

After watching High Street TV one morning, I decided to purchase the Pocket Hose Copper Bullet. I also bought the Tupperware Fridge Smart set. They have so many great deals on quality items. Will be shopping with them again soon.

I tried to select next day delivery but the option would not work. As a result the delivery took longer than expected. Everything else went well. 03/09/2024 (Update). Since my original review, High Street Customer Services have been in touch and have resolved my issue. Many thanks to G.S. (Team Leader, Cust Serv.). I am really impressed with the response from High St. TV and would recommend them to anyone.

5l Pantry Safe ordered and paid for, 3lt base supplied, followed by lid. Whilst I have now received a full refund it is frustrating that they sold me an item that they really didn't have available. If you run an offer in the National Press you really should ensure you have enough stock
