Contacted Hight st tv through Drew & Cole app. I was asking to replace a mislaid steamer tray for a pressure king pro. Fantastic service! Replied immediately asking for address to send replacement. I asked how much and there was no charge! I was well prepared to pay as it was my fault on losing the item. I cannot fault the people at high st tv, they’re on it (customer service)! Many other companies need to look at them for a great template of how to do customer service and do it WELL & PERFECTLY! Well done HighSt TV! I’m particular Brent & Anna!!
Can't really say anything about delivery or product yet as was out of stock and waiting for delivery. Website easy to use. Seem like a decent company.
Very good service
I cancelled an order by email, 30 mins after I placed it, due to an error which was my fault. My only criticism was that my email wasn't read until 20 hours after I cancelled and by this time the item was in transit. This item was delivered by Evri on time with a second order which I wanted to keep. I accepted delivery of this order and refused the cancelled order item as instructed by High Street TV. This item was returned to High Street TV by Evri and I have been given a prompt refund. 5 Stars Excellent.
I e-mailed Customer Services with a few complaints, and with a single prompt return e-mail all of them were dealt with. I got a replacement part the next day and all is now good! Well done HSTV Customer Services, especially the very polite Anna!!!!

Great communicators. My order was out of stock, but they kept in touch. Then it didn't arrive on time, but a quick call to customer service, sorted everything out. And sometimes, that's all that's needed. Good service. Would definitely recommend shopping with them again.

Had an item that had stopped working. I thought I had had it too long to merit a replacement and expected to have to buy a new one but contacted High Street who immediately suggested I returned the item. I was then told they would replace FOC. I was stunned but immensely pleased. Customer service were prompt to reply and extremely efficient with their responses. Often buy from High Street and have always had a good experience but was still astounded by the customer service afforded to me. Great job High Street!!!

Actually i was a bit hastie in my last review this does work to warm a room up but works better on a double radiator rather than a single radiator. not great for drying clothes on the maiden but all in all it does not advertise it drys clothes. so sorry for my original review.
Emailed late on Monday, replied Tues, replacement product arriving today. Absolutely brilliant service and extremely helpful and polite phone call this morning. Definitely 5☆!!

Awful... why am I having so much bad luck with sending back a parcel..since it was delivered on the 4 October. why does it have to be so complicated?
I have not received the item I ordered as yet , and had no communication from whoever is alledegly delivering it
