High Street TV Customer Care. I can highly recommend, I reported a fault on a product I had purchased six months ago. I sent an e-mail explaining the fault, the e-mail was responded to immediately, the next day Brent communicated that he had reviewed the purchase details and he informed me that he had arranged to send out a replacement part. What can I say but "Excellent customer service" for a speedy resolution. Great communication. Thank you.

My out of guarantee pressure King cooker lost the rubber valve off the pressure valve. After emailing them, within days I received a whole new valve. They were kind enough to reply immediately and their back up service was brilliant! Thank you to the team.

Customer service is amazing from this company! After a month of panicking that I had lost an accessory of an item I had purchased back in January - the service and help I was offered was the best every. I cannot rate this company highly enough and a great weight off my mind.

High Street TV were quick to respond when they learned about my unhappy experience with the garden hose that did not fit my tap. They refunded the money I paid for the hose and for the courier fee I paid to return the product. Well done High Street TV. It is a pleasure to see a company that provides such high quality customer service. Although I’ve had great experiences with High Street TV in the past, I was disappointed this time, to find that the garden hose did not fit the taps, even though I was assured that it would. I’ve had to pay to courier it back and am awaiting a refund.

placed order for grease police 10th Sept after being told I would be updated about stock/deliveries. we are now 31st Oct still no delivery or updates as told. will be requesting a full refund if some would contact me... totally disappointed with the service. will never order or recommend. probably lost what I paid now complete RUBBISH.

Item was out of stock when I ordered it, so I haven't received it yet. When I do and I've tried it I'll leave a review ! Not the best start for my first order !
