I was looking forward to using the smartair booster in my sitting room unfortunately it would not charge. After contacting Martin at Highsteet he agreed to refund my money and for me to discard the smartair booster ..I could be the only person who could not get the smartair to work..I hope others had more luck as I thought it could have been beneficial and a good product

I had to use the live chat as my parcel had not arrived, Customer Service sorted it out for me and sent another one out on 24 hour delivery. I received the parcel on 12th, less the 24 hours after the chat. Perfect customer service, many thanks.
