Efficient, great customer service, quick delivery and excellent products
I bought the Floating Mop at 35.99 but before I had received it there was a Black Friday sale and it was now £29.99, I contacted Customer services and I am pleased to say they refunded me the £6 difference they responded to my email within 24 hours they have excellent Customer Services and their products are great my floating mop is what I hoped for it is really lightweight and literally does an excellent job on the floors.
Great little tool. I had an issue when trying to charge the flosser. HIGHSTREET were very easy to use for the return and replacement. Keeping me informed. Good company to deal with.Thank you

The delivery was as notified. The goods were as advertised. Only problem was the instructions enclosed were in German ! Thankfully I managed to get everything working by trial and error

I’m still waiting for my air fryer order ref is 001510931 I spoke with customer service operator Luke but nothings been done, I’d like my £75 refunded asap, it was supposed to be delivered weeks ago, I’m a pensioner high street tv are very wrong how they have handled my complaint been waiting since 2/11 for refund
Easy to order. Came as specified, in the time frame promised. Exactly as described. Cooked some really great meals already. Tried different ways of cooking, all very good so far .

Brent was amazing, I was enquiring about a replacement seal for my Drew & Cole soup maker. I had a reply that day asking for my address, once I had given my address I was surprised to hear that a replacement seal was in the post!! Wow what a fantastic service and big thank you to Brent for sorting this so quickly. My replacement seal arrived this morning and at no cost to me, I absolutely love my Drew & Cole soup maker!! I wouldn't hesitate to order from you again and would definitely recommend to family and friends

Amazing service and cannot say just how helpful they were when I encountered an issue ( not caused by them). They did everything they could to resolve the issue for me. I was kept informed, and felt very valued. To say they exceeded my expectations is an understatement! Would not hesitate to highly recommend.
The service was fast and delivered in good time. I had a problem with a part being broken and not fit for purpose. I contacted the seller who apologised and sent a replacement part out right away. This seller cares about the customer.
