Ordered goods which arrived damaged. Despite contacting them via email and social media, complete with pictures of the damage, they have ignored all of it. I know they had it as I had a response saying they would pass it to the relevant department. Very poor after sales service.

Arrived promptly. Well packaged. Have used it once to clean car. I can tell you that as a pensioner with fairly limited hand function...this was a dream! Lots of green algae type stuff was in cars folds and crevices...this power tool sorted that . Only thing for me was the number of buckets I used! Will try linking to hosepipe at some point, but that isn't easy for me to do. All in all a good product.
