Having made a purchase via the High Street TV website I found myself heading back there to sign up for an account to purchase a couple more of their household items. Having completed the very simple sign up process I was sent two welcome emails one was a 10% Off my first order (re opening my account) so I was even happier to move on with my purchase. Upon checking out I forgot to add the 10% Off code sent to me so I emailed customer care (as the office was closed for the night) to ask if they would honour the 10% Off code due to my error and in the morning I received a very nice email from a gentleman called Martin informing me that he had applied the 10% Off to my order and that the refund would be applied to my payment card. I was delighted - it’s very hard in this day and age to receive decent customer care from any company indeed another TV shopping channel promised me a £10 refund for damaged goods received and after 4 emails I’m still trying to receive the goodwill gesture. But not High Street TV they have dealt with things without fuss, without the need to sent follow up emails and in a pleasant and very professional manor. Being a preferred online shopper rather than touring around the shops my online experience via High Street TV has been first class and this first time need to use Customer Care has proven to me that they are a company one can trust to help if one makes an error like I did. I would personally recommend their service and can say that their customer care assistant has been extremely helpful. I look forward to placing further orders via High Street TV.
Efficient service delivered on time excellent
I found my experience with high street tv really good after some issues with the delivery of my order , I contacted the help centre who resolved my issues promptly and I received my order tthe following day.

I did not arrive on the said date, unfortunately the way my window sill is and the height of my radiator it just wont fit, then when I tried to return it, I got a automatic reply email, and I have not heard a thing since. NOT GOOD
Had to recently return an item still in warranty bought from Currys a couple of months ago and was contacted by Geoffrey Staddon to arrange this. Geoff was absolutely fantastic. Not only was he very nice and polite, he replied to all of my queries promptly and just made it all very easy for me. Fantastic customer service.

The ordering process was very fast and easy, the staff were friendly and helpful. The item was received actually a day earlier than expected and it does exactly what was claimed. Overall, very pleased
Pretty good service, however, dropped 1 star as the items received did not quite come upto the mark of performance and charging time. Shame really as the items are a very good idea. Returned for a refund, which, was eventually sorted by customer service dept. Thanks

I contacted customer service today as there was a smart air booster missing from my order (bundle of 3). The gentlemen was quick and efficient and another on its way. With the whole in the bag that is seen in the delivery photo, it would seem someone has stolen one, courier was from Evri, distributed from a hub. I was home when it was delivered. Unfortunately when I opened the second box, it had already been opened, items removed and a pin prick dent on the front. I did not call back as it seems to work.
