The company is doing well because at first I wasn't listening properly , but it went on a second time and I decided to watch it as although at the time I hadn't thought of buying one, when it came on again I realized how hard it had been the week before raking the leaves up and the next day they were back again and at nearly 80 the mower looked so easy

A SmartAir unit went faulty almost a year after purchase. A replacement unit was supplied within a couple of days of notifying High Street TV that it had failed.

I purchased an item for my grandsons birthday but was unfortunately too small, even though the item was slightly over the 28 days returns policy I was able to return it and purchase a replacement. I posted the original item and sent tracking information and the replacement was posted that day free of charge with express delivery. A special mention for Brent Harper in customer service.

Good products at a good price, unfortunately your TV promotions go on to long before a price is given. I have turned away many times in frustration having waited too long without knowing the price.

One item of three was defective, yet to receive a replacement. Evri unexpectedly delivered items despite tracking system stating that the items had not yet been 'out for delivery' Luckily I was in but, as I live on a main road, had I not been in, the items could well have been stolen from my doorstep. Could do better all round I think. Subsequent action by High Street TV Customer Service has led me to amend this review. I received a replacement item in very quick time and the communication with High Street TV was first class. My issues with Evri remain but it would be unfair to label High Street with three stars when their actions merit five; I am grateful for the speedy resolution to my issues.

LEAF CHIEF GARDEN SWEEPER 15% discount & a further 10% dis count. So got it very cheap.Also delivered the following day although they said 3 to 5 working days with free delivery. Evri tracked excellent service.pd £76.49.advertised at £99.

very happy with this company bought two smart air heaters i did not realize how big they were i just needed one as i only wanted for one room very happy warm customer very helpful when i sent one back money in bank very quickly would highly recommend this company
