I bought a Smartair Heater from High Street TV. Unfortunately when I tried it It was not what I required. Being an OAP £50 was a lot to pay for something I couldn't use. So my review was unfavourable. The seller High Street TV contacted me regarding this problem and I spoke to Anna who was very very helpfull. The outcome was that I was rufunded my money in full, which I have now received and I am vey pleased with the outcome and the ease and pleasant way it was sorted out

brought a Jet Kawk Washer off them and tried to connect this to a hose pipe, but it wouldn’t attach properly. The only thing it managed to achieve was getting me completely soaked. The water pressure is a joke—you’d get the same effect just holding your finger over the end of a hose. I can’t believe this product has any ratings above a 1 star. Useless and a complete waste of money! Also cost £8 to return the useless thing

I phoned as l had trouble doing it on Internet. The agent was friendly, she took my order.(l explained issues asl,d ordered my 1st booster on Internet no problems).she took my order.told me about insurance. + about 10% voucher l had ,she made sure l got 10%off,my booster came next day.

I have found the SmartAir Boost XL to be horrendously noisy, you cannot watch tv because of the noise that the fans make. I only use it when I go out and I can't deny that it works if a bit over engineered, I think a car radiator fan hung on the front of your radiators would probably be quieter and more effective. Many thanks to Anna-Marie at customer services for arranging the return and refund.

.This is a rarity these days, you can call them up and actually get a real person on the line. I spoke to Luke at High St TV and I cannot recall better customer service, first class. I had a problem with a product and it has been replaced without a quibble. I will defintely use High St TV again having done so in the past. Many thanks for a first class service. Kevin.

I am always happy with any of my purchases bt especially when l get a bargain The latest purchases is the hand warmers that 'attach' to a compact heater. L suffer from Rynards need my fingers and these are a godsend at a sale price

My experience with the customer service at High Street TV was great. Their response to a query was always immediate and helpful. In todays online shopping world I think they are exceptional.

Goods arrived quickly and safely. Smart Air Plus is great and certainly does the job. Already had Smart Air but plus model is a dramatic improvement

Whilst ultimately I did not end up replacing my Power XL AirFryer from the vendor, I feel compelled to praise Luke from LiveChat for his honesty in advising on one of the products that I was interested in. It seems that the manufacturer was misleading customers with a different way of measuring capacity! I have purchased from HighStreetTV before and will again in the future!
