Not impressed at all. Ordered an item fromhighstreettv.com. It’s faulty I need to return it. I am sick and tired of ringing highstreettv.com and being placed in a queue on hold. I have requested the callback from them which indeed they did honour. Since then they have basically lied to me they said they would send a link with details for the return of the item. This has not happened. this seems to be the only effective way of getting a response from rubbish companies who do not do what they say they will! I have not had any email or link with details of returns/labels on it. Never again in my life will I order from this organisation. And I urge the general public not to bother either
I only received 1 item out of 5 ordered. Reported this via email and am still waiting for my goods. It was my first time ordering from you and I am very disappointed. Please can I have my goods or a refund. Emailed a week ago and still no reply. Email sent to me after placing my order was I would receive my goods 3-5 working days.....Never happened on one item..
My item that I ordered arrived quickly. I have always sworn by tupperware for keeping things fresh for longer and the price was amazing so thank you 😊

Brilliant customer service from Janine! Just wanted to update my previous review which has reinstated my faith in good customer service. Having spoken to a male call centre operative who was quite rude and dismissive I left a negative review as I was quite taken aback. Janine who looks into any trust pilot reviews contacted me by phone and email and was really helpful. She apologised for the poor service I'd received and said it had fallen short of how high St TV treat their customers. She explained the recording of the call had been replayed to managers and the call taker will receive some customer services training. She refunded the post charge and gave a partial refund on the item ordered a jet hawk pressure washer. The initial complaint was regarding non delivery of the item. It made such a difference receiving this proactive service that I have removed the one star review and upgraded it correctly to a 5 star. Nothing is ever perfect when ordering anything via the Internet but Janine went above and beyond to sort this in a timely manner. She's a real asset to this company. I hope they realise that! 😊
I have used High Street TV twice now. I was very impressed with the ease of ordering and the very prompt delivery. A few days later, they sent through more information and links on how to use the product more successfully.

Is this product Teflon coated with PFOA, PFOS OR GENX ? Assuming this product is made in USA it could beTeflon coated. See movie DARK WATERS AND BBC STORYVILLE " THE DEVIL WE KNOW" However cookware imported from worldwide suppliers poses the same deadly risk. I would like verification of its coating from the Company within the Review. Clear proof will help sell more ?cookers. Thanks Joseph Farrell. UK.
