Good website, fast service. I think the cost of the part is excessive and $20.00 is too much for shipping, but overall best price for this part for a 26 year old Viking stove.
Part is fine but 24 dollars to ship a 7 dollar part in an envelope seems a bit much.

Great service, even when parts are hard to find.
It tools months for the item to be received. I got 2-3 revised delivery comments each weeks out. Yet I was charged immediately for the item. If delivery is not known at the time the order is placed then don’t charge the customer until the product is confirmed delivered
Great service but your shipping costs are astronomical. Bought $19 worth parts and it was $23 to ship. Seems off base to me
