Wrong part shipped to me. When I call to return, a lady told me send it back on my own expense, and I got a new e-mail saying new 48 inch light bub cost $25.00 and $48.00 shipping cost. This is a sick business. Lee

Pricing could be more competitive with other sources. When I asked for a follow up on an order that was placed on hold, it took a few attempts to finally get an answer which was disappointing. At least this person was honest and got the order going. I do like that most parts are available and are shipped quickly on most of our orders.
The people they having working in customer service always hit a "home run" for me when I call. They are the best!
