I ordered a package of washers on August 24, 2020. Site said 8 days to ship. They arrived on October 18 after shipping on October 15, 52 days later.
The part was bent and not packaged well. Useable after bending back into correct shape. Shipping was ridiculously over priced. $33 to ship a item that shouldn't have cost more than $10.
So satisfied to be able to find parts to maintain our functional products instead of replacing them. Saving money and doing something positive for the planet.
My order arrived as expected. Good job. The issue is that i received someone elses order. (Disney). Tried to contact someone, left a voicemail. Nobody called back. Left a voice mail for the Disney person. Nothing... Help!

Your company was great. But the UPS delivery didn’t get the part to me until 2 days later, not next day as I was told. I recommend giving your customer the option to pay a little extra for next day delivery, rather than telling me ground delivery will get it to me next day. UPS assured me that they were under no obligation to deliver my package for 5 full business days after they pick it up. So 6 business days total. So 4 stars rather than 5.
