Ordered a part for my 5 star range, a plastic knob, 27.72 plus 21.42 for ground shipping. I consider both a rip-off. Furthermore it was the wrong knob, with tax I’m out 53.19... I feel sending it back will cost me more, in shipping and restocking... instead of throwing good money after bad... I’m cutting my losses. Furthermore I own rental real estate and need parts often, I will not be using them. 21.42 for ground no rush shipping for something the size of a shot glass is abusive.

Part Cracked! First off it took a long time to arrive. The part was VERY expensive. The part had THREE large cracks! Two large sections on corners are cracked. One crack goes the entire length of the PART! How could anyone put this piece of junk in a package and send it to a customer?

Information not clear on a hose I ordereds length. No where did I see it was it was priced by the foot and when I placed order I was not asked over the phone how many feet I needed. I was sent a foot when I needed 5 to 6 feet. You need to be more clear on your advertising.
