Easy to find the parts I needed on the website. Prices were reasonable. I ordered at 2pm and I choose the cheapest shipping which said parts would be delivered in 4-5 days and the parts were delivered in less than 24 hours. I am amazed at that.

I have had an intermittent problem with a $2k wine Chiller that the MFR wanted a ransom to fix. It was one of two parts. For a small fraction of what it would have cost me to have the MFR fix it Heritage had the parts. In Stock! Their estimated shipping time was even shorter than quoted. I hope not to need their service again but if anything comes up I'm going to them FIRST!
