Got part ok I paid for 3 day ups got email it was delivered on Monday said it was left on front porch found it Tuesday afternoon on porch ring got him on camera Thank you
Shipping issues and when i tried to contact elizabeth diller, she never returned my email. Called another customer service agent and she said she would look into the matter and return my call. Never received correspondence from her either.

Heritage was great! They helped me find the parts for an older walkin freezer that no one else could find. Unfortunately one of the parts was not correct and we had to do quite a bit of engineering to make it work. - (This was probably not even Heritage's fault). Over all I am very pleased with Heritage!

I have a Friedrich AC that had a broken condenser fan. I went through so much trouble to try and find this part. Finally I contacted Heritage. Not only did they find the part they found me an OEM. It arrived yesterday, I installed it and the AC is once again running. I can't thank these guys and gals enough. GREAT people to work with.
