Ordered a part from the website it came, was the wrong part for my particular unit. Called customer service to get the right part coming. Had to call the customer service department again to send the other one back. They were very helpful in working out the details. Call a human and with your serial number you will get factory parts.

We had ordered multiples of a couple of parts and only received one. Had to place another order for the multiples.
People that answer the phones and help with the right parts are unbeatable. Pricing is not always the best to be had, and holding a shipment due to the lack of one part is unacceptable. Having to call someone to avoid the above defeats the purpose of online ordering. Shipping costs are outrageous in my opinion. Other than that, you are my goto for my parts and replacements
