Had the part I needed for a 48 year old Waring blender. Received part in just a couple of day. The only thing I didn't like was the shipping charges that were almost $18.00 for a part that cost $1.39.

Placed online order , after a week chased it up as nothing arrived....only to be told it was stuck in a system glitch...No apology or attempt to correct the issue and send it out next day. Now have to try and get payment back... Awful service and don’t care attitude...

Products came as promised. However, your shipping and handling fee is sometimes more expensive than the parts ordered. $14 parts and $21 S&H.

Ordered a part for a Bally freezer online and within a couple days the right part showed up. The shipping cost did seem a little expensive but not terrible.

I ordered a thermostat kit and belt for an older dryer. Parts were in stock and on my front porch in 2 days. I couldn't ask for better service than that! It was very easy to look up the parts and find the correct part numbers. Prices were very reasonable, and shipping was pretty cheap too! All in all, a great experience, and I will be ordering from you again!

we are a tax exempt hospital, i ordered a part , after seeing the receipt I realized we had been charged tax. I called and spoke with a customer service rep and was told our letter had expired, I immediately told her I would email an up to date letter, she told me when it was received that we would be given credit for the removal of the tax. I asked her to please send me something to that effect for my records , as we have a monthly audit that I am responsible for. I waited a few days and sent an email asking for something, and received an email back that they did an invoice correction and I would need to call accounting to be able to use the credit. I emailed back that day,and told her I was not interested in a credit , I just needed something for my records that stated the tax was removed. I have received no more response.
