I have purchase a house next to a wooded area and have been suffering from growth through my fence and overgrown trees now connecting with my property roofline - when i reported this to Greenbelt to seek advice they were extremely helpful and prompt at coming back to me with a solution which is very much appreciated as trying to control is myself is proving futile

They do not reply to emails or calls, all they want is your money. Stay as far away from this company as possible.
After logging an issue we came across in a children play area, I emailed and had a very quick response. It resulted in immediate action being taken to secure equipment and I was kept updated regarding the progress. Great communication, thank you.
We had an issue with trees overhanging into our garden, looking unsafe. Greenbelt listened to our concerns and promptly dealt with the problem. The team who attended site were extremely professional and courteous. From initial contact to close out, the management team were very helpful, an excellent service.
Ever year I have to complain about something their site inspection misses and I'm fed up complaining. Just got my annual bill and I see overcharged for ,in my opinion, sub standard work. As I said earlier I'm fed up complaining I'm beginning to look after the area adjoining my house as some of my neighbours are doing. Greenbelt don't bother saying get in touch with Marc at customer care as I feel I should not have to as you do a site inspection where these faults should be picked up. Marc I told you not tell me to contact you by customer care. My complaint is having to complain to get things done. The ground next to my house is still a mess. Also in general the whole estate is an eye sore. Tell me is the estate inspected? If it is it,then it makes me question the compotency of the person who carries out the inspection.

Horrendous maintenance company. Annual charges increase continuously. Various charges quite obviously made up. Which other job/trade in the world would require a monthly ‘supervisor inspection’ to check on simple tasks such as grass cutting. Utterly ridiculous
The gardeners who worked on the development today 13/7/2022 Made a vast improvement they trimmed the hedges Grass cut neatly Removed all cuttings etc So polite Not sure who job it is to remove the grass growing around the pavements But very pleased with their work in such hot weather 21,,CopperBeech Road Shavington Crewe CW2 5TA

I e-mailed Greenbelt on the 29th May to complain about the addition of a charge if I didn't go paperless ( I have ) and the subsequent discrimination of the elderly who might not have access to a computer in order to do this. I also complained about them continuing to get my wife's name wrong when they write to us. I was advised a reply would be forthcoming within 20 working days, that was 26 days ago !
