My granddaughter received her text with gift card I sent in 3 min from time i ordered it! I will forever use this gift card site from now on.

it says card is not valad

I tried and tried to send a custom card and was not able. Keeps getting messages about my computer speed being too fast.

this was the 1st time I used the website, I wanted to try it out, I bought a gift card for 100$ and it wouldn't work on any website, it kept giving me transaction declined, I tried it with Amazon and Amazon business, and tesla ... I wasn't able to use it... was not accepted

Anything I tried to purchase it was declining. Basically threw away money.

the gift cards have not arrived to the recipients and there is no way to change the email address to ensure they properly receive it.

Virtual Gift card not accepted when used. When checking the balance, the site says card not found. Just checked again online and site says gift card not found.

I love that you can choose the amount you want to put on each card. The cards arrive carefully enclosed in a letter envelope and are completely unscathed. No swirls or scrapes or signs of wear on the cards. Fast shipping. Will definitely consider ordering from them again for bulk gift card orders.

The card did not work and still does not let me activate it.

UPDATE: After 18 days, gift card FINALLY arrived at my local Post Office. No postmark, so no telling when it was actually mailed. No meaningful assistance from Giftcards.com -- they immediately suggested I file a dispute with my credit card issuer. Who tells a customer to do that without first trying to track down the missing package? Badly handled, so I still can't recommend this company. Wanted to clarify, however, that the gift card eventually did arrive. For that, I increased rating to two stars. JF *********************************************************** Never received gift card. I have USPS Informed Delivery service, which shows no record of the gift card ever having been received. Company nevertheless refuses to refund purchase. Ironically, they sent an email saying they WERE issuing a refund, followed two hours later by another email saying they would NOT issue a refund. So disorganized they can't even figure out what they're doing! Do NOT purchase gift cards here unless you want to be ripped off.

IT WAS AN EASY TASK TO ORDER THE IRVING GAS GIFT CARD. AND IT ARRIVED QUICKLY WIHTOUT ANY DELAYS.

They gave me a none working gift card and have yet to reply to my emails. They never emailed me and they never replied to the 3 emails I sent. I started a fraud case to get my money back.
