Love personalized gift cards!

The wrong card was ordered and we immediately emailed customer service to cancel and get a refund. However, customer service kept asking us for information we had already provided. This went on for two weeks. Although we kept providing the same information they were asking for, we continued to get emails asking for more information or that the case has been resolved, stating that we never responded to their email. On our last attempt, we got an email saying that you do not cancel or give refunds once the card has been processed. The problem is we immediately reached out to customer service after the order was placed but because they kept stalling by sending us emails asking for more information, two weeks went by before we got the response about refunds. Very disappointing. We have spent a lot of money with your organization and feel that we were treated unfairly.

I’m not able to use it… I’m incredibly upset about this. I can’t even use this. It clearly states it’s accepted everywhere MasterCard Visa is, but it tells me no it won’t work. I just wasted my time and money dealing with this.. never again..

I bought a 100 dollar valorant gift card and you guys diddnt give the code so i bought it again and it worked so i lost 100 dollars. So i should have gotten 2 100 dollars gift cards but only got 1

Never received my gift card

Takes way too long to recieve the item. Also, the site does not give you the ability to directly track the shipping process of the item. It does not provide the specific tracking number which is frustrating and worrisome.

I cannot receive the gift card that I purchased and customer service is no help. This site is a joke!!!

Website is easy to navigate, and I was pleased to be able to pay using Paypal. It was also able to specify what date I want my e-gift card to be delivered.

I was unable to use my gift card and the refused a refund - tried to update after deadline because of no inter access in Texas after a hurricane.

I placed an order and was very excited about this cool gift idea. I did not get a confirmation email with the correct info, so I sent an email to the company if they can please verify that the address is correct. Instead of getting a normal reply, I get an automated looking reply that my order was canceled. And when I responded that I never wanted to cancel my order, I didn't get a clear reply. Before I know it, I get another email that my order is on the way, when I contact the company once again (!) they told me that 'once a refund or cancelation is requested we are unable to stop the shipment. If the cards are received, we kindly encourage you to dispose of the cards since it has been voided.' This is a gift for someone and I have no idea what and if it will arrive. And keep in mind that I had emailed then MINUTES AFTER I PLACED THE ORDER to confirm the address. So Unclear, So Unfair.

Purchase went smoothly. Unfortunately, the code does not work and requires further information to be sent to google.

You can't add it to your wallet and do Google Pay or Apple Pay. What kind of virtual Visa card is it. I understand a store gift card but this is a Visa card. I would never recommend this to anyone.

My purchase was checked with my phone by my credit card company before the pay was authorized, which made it safe. The transaction was swift, and efficient!
