Easy process very useful

These clowns have had my money for NINE days now and my card is still halfway across the country. I am about to do a chargeback on them. There is ZERO chance I will ever do business with them again. They asked for more information, I sent it. ZERO RESPONSE. Update: Today I got an email from these clowns saying "Your gift card is on the way. Issue resolved." Wow. Talk about clueless! Update: After waiting ten days for this card, now it cannot be activated. Number is in valid!!!!! Unbelievable!!!

Ordering was easy. Offered text delivery which is cool! But, it’s a digital code. Should be delivered almost instantaneously. Now 15 hours later and still haven’t received. If I knew it would have taken this long I would have just gone to the store and bought a physical card.

the recipient when trying to activate was unable to as The card was not found. The problem appeared to be an online issue as a phone call resolved

I ordered a gift card 8 days before my granddaughter's 10th birthday. The order was handled and sent 7 days later, then USPS had it out for delivery and it wasn't. Had to initiate a lost mail query and the card turned up about three days later, 6/29. All fault with USPS as the card was in a secure plainly marked with correct address mailer. Order early to get the card in time for your event.

I purchased a gift card to send to my recipient but they never got it. This compnay never addressed my concerns and helped me find a new way to send it. I lost money for nothing.

Still haven't received anything and it's been 2 weeks. I'm calling my bank and reporting them. Update.. I got it today and went to activate it and it wouldn't. The number was busy.

B*****t that you can buy an American Visa Gift Card*not physically located in USA* that says available to use ONLINE and other various merchants and stores that accept Visa, however UNLESS your PHYSICALLY located in the USA, you CANNOT use it. AT ALL. F***KING B*****T! As long as it's f***ing USA $$ what the f***k difference does it make where I am??!! Ridiculous.

The person that this gift card was intended for told me today that it was not received. When I tried to give additional information it cut me off so I’m editing this to inform you that I had lunch with the person that I Was having sent the $25 Carvel gift card to and she told me that she never received the text message gift card that I was having sent to her. Her name was Yaffa Strawberry and I had a nice little apology message for her also because it was supposed to be a replacement for my having spilled her milkshake a few months ago. She said she was sorry but now I lost the $25. I’m sorry too.

Fast and easy. I just wish when you print out the egift card, It looked more like a gift card so you could cut it down to size, Instead of handing someone a whole sheet of paper with information.

Visa card won't activate, and when i called, the system will not accept the 16 digit card number. There's no way to bypass the flaw.

Not user frienly for the recipient. Recipient sent a link that they click then they go to redeem their card and keep being told that they have to enter a 16 digit number which they were never sent. I regret using your services because that’s a waste of money that will never get used and now I’ll have to buy another gift to make up for this fraudulent one that cannot be redeemed.

No confirmation yet on card being sent its been 2 days over tracking period Jun 27th. It has been 12 days since order was placed and no confirmation yet… Confirmed it has not yet been delivered

I read my terms that were connected to the card that was assigned to me. Well I needed to pay someone for the job they did. Just a small amount but that was all they had. I asked for a refund because they don't allow certain transaction. I thought because it wasn't used on top of not existing in their system I could. Operator was sarcastic and now I gave to wait 1-5 days for a response. Not happy. Well let's just say got worse somehow my order and card disappeared from their system
