Great page, user friendly and straightforward. The only reason I rate average is because there is no option to set it as a virtual card in the phone for tap and pay. This card is still usable for online purchases but it would be nice using on mobile tap feature.

Latest update (I changed my rating to 5 stars): I reached out PepBoys' gift card division and it turns out that some of the Gift Cards really do not have PINs. I was able to use those cards at a PepBoys store, as promised. GiftCards.com kept my ticket open and followed up with me. They were also very helpful in their chat support. I've changed my review to 5 stars because of their excellent customer support. Edited review: (I changed my rating from 1 star to 3.) I would give GiftCards.com some credit for being responsive to my inquiries. I first contacted them by email, and my cards were resent within an hour, however they still did not have PINs. I did not contact them further because it was already after business hours when I saw the email. I contacted them again the next day through chat support. The agent was helpful, however, ultimately the "resolution" was still unsatisfactory for me. I was ultimately just told to contact PepBoys themselves. I contacted PepBoys, and after a long wait and session with an agent their, all they could say was, there's a batch of cards that do not have PINs and I should try to use them first to see whether they work or not. I'm not sure whether the onus is on Giftcards.com or for PepBoys to inform customers that some cards have PINs while others do not. I have yet to try to use these cards without PINs, and might have to update this review again. Original review: I purchased 4 PepBoys Gift cards, however 3 of them did not work because they did not have PINs. I contacted Giftcards.com through their website messaging. They did respond within an hour by resending the cards. However, the problem persisted, the resent cards still did not have PINs. I have used gift cards at my local PepBoys and everytime, I was asked for a PIN.

The virtual card was declined on a Roblox-related website for child. Bought this so I did not have to use my own credit card. I definitely feel cheated and will be seeking a refund. The site that declined the card was Bloxcart.com
