I placed an order for an electronic gift card to be delivered to my coworker who just recently lost his mother. The card status is still showing “processing” though the charges have posted to my account. My coworker never recieved the gift card and I have yet to recieve any follow up. Will never use this site or service again.

AWFUIL - this company will STEAL your money... Need to know which merchants accept this card? Good luck, the website isn't updated and merchants dont know. Need to check your balance or transactions? Good luck, because that feature on giftcards.com is down and doesn't work! Have a charge that declines? You REALLY need the luck now!!!!! No these funds didnt go anywhere, because it was declined - WRONG! They hold your money for 7-10 business days and you have NO way to access it or speed this up even though none of it was your fault! Would NEVER recommend this site and would NEVER use it again UPDATE 7/9/2024 - they promised me that the hold would expire and the money would be available by TODAY July 9th and Guess what again! It is NOT

I have one of their cards MCs with several hundred dollars on it, except their 'new' website tells me the card doesn't exist. I must be able to purchase online, so I bought a VISA prepaid card. Sadly, I didn't notice it was also giftcardmall.com. Of course, it can also not be found, along with the $460 I activated it with. W.T.F??? This is unconscionable, your website account transfer team needs to be fired. I expect this to be resolved by COB Friday, 1700hrs PST USA.

My friend has not received the card I bought for him, it’s been 4 days and I can’t even speak with any body, this is not good.

I only received one card out of two that i ordered but their customer service was easy to contact and im now waiting to see if i receive the second card.

All of the cards were fine but the envelopes that they arrived in were all addressed to the person on the mailing address rather than the person to whom the card was issued we had to open every one to make certain it was being handed out to the correct recipient

I've used this company as birthday gifts for my nephews multiple times in the past. My most recent purchase of a personalized photo Visa was declined when my nephew tried to use it. It's embarrassing to give a gift and have that happen, plus I spent money on something and received nothing in return

Purchased three $100 Virtual Visa cards and am pleased with the purchase.

Please make sure that the gift card Codes are Valid before issue them.
