Bought a personalized gift card from them. For weeks I was told it was in transit but they refused to give me a tracking number. Customer service then stated it was delivered but it was never received. Then the stated it would take weeks to deliver another card. So I gave up as this was for a little boys birthday and the birthday is now passed. Extremely disappointed. I even asked for an expedite and was refused. Completely scam. They never sent anything. They won’t even provide proof that they sent it with usps.

Bought Card On Amazon- Card Worked After Pain Setting Up And Then Left Me At The Store Canceling With Plenty Left In The Balance And None Of The Site Features Say My Card Is Active When I Used It So How Can It Not Be Activated? Seems like a scammy card site where they take funds and cancel you end of seeing it

I ordered a VISA gift card and even though it had told me that the order was cancelled and “no funds will be collected from the payment method used”, the money was still taken out of the account. There’s no sign of return or gift card being sent even though the information provided was correct.

I used giftcards.it (Italy) if it is the same company then stay away, steer clear, avoid. Money paid, nothing received and no customer service, emails ignored. Thank you for your reply. The gift card has now been received.

Locked my gift card without notification because of a typo when trying to purchase items online. Impossible to get to a person by calling the customer service number provided. Talked to a representative in the chat which was hard to find also. Not helpful. Took a long time to respond to questions. My card was locked for 24 hours. When asked for a resolution none offered. Told my case would be escalated and I would be called as soon as possible. No call received. Poor poor poor customer service!

There are WAY too many hoops to jump through just to "redeem" a gift card to get another which is to be used. Too many numbers to be input (mistakes are easy to make with this number of inputs) Too many clicks. I would not recommend using this company versus just buying a regular gift card.

Redeem game stop gift card through chase. The gift card reissued 3 times and the gift card number is still invalid. Unable to use the gift card. Waste of money

My son gave me a $200 gift card for Christmas. I tried to activate $125 of it to Outback and it never came. That was on 1/5. It is 1/16 and a number of emails to customer service and they will not respond. I will stop payment for services not delivered. This company is a joke,

I contacted their team on **January 14**, and the representative I spoke to assured me that the issue would be addressed. However, as of now, no resolution has been provided. Additionally, the intended recipient of the gift card cannot accept it due to company policies on receiving gifts. I requested that the gift card be reissued in my name to resolve the matter, but this has not been addressed. The lack of follow-through and support from GiftCards.com has left me frustrated. I boought a Gift Card to be used on Zalando (50 €) as a present to my cousin daughter, got the receipt but never received the voucher. I sent 2 email to the customer support but still after many days, no answers. I am starting to get very worried. UPDATE The company has asked me to provide more informations about my purchase. I provided them with the invoice number

I have never been more annoyed in my life with a company. I received my 3rd gift card from them over the holidays and when I opened it, I already knew it was trash. (Been through the same thing twice before with this company) - my card was used before I even activated it. So inside hacking scheme I’m sure. I have spent too many hours trying to speak to someone and get it figured out. I’m now on my 3rd case number, starting all over again. Never, I mean ever under any circumstance buy a gift card from this company.

This site isnt legit dont use this site read the other reviews im just here to be an extra push telling you not to I CHECKED MY BALANCE IT SAID 12 and as soon as i tried to buy r6 creds poof money gone im down to 2 sus if u ask me

I have been trying to get through to this company for a while now. I bought a digital gift card from them the other day and cannot reach any live agents or people through email. I don't know if they will eventually respond to my email, but for now I would be wary of this company. UPDATE: The company replied to my review and said they emailed me, but I see no email in my inbox from them. I will be waiting for a reply and will continue to provide updates. UPDATE #2: The company has responded after a bit of time spent waiting. They fixed the issue. I wish their customer service would respond quicker to requests to prevent a customer's worry.

This is my second review complaining about this company. The are not legitimate!!! They pretend to resolve issues on this site (acting so sympathetically) and then ignore requests for resolution. I have been waiting 6 days for an E-Card to be delivered!!! I have cancelled the credit card as this company is obviously, fraudulent.UPDATE: Company promises to rectify the situation BUT doesn't send the gift card...day 8 waiting. I have notified the credit card company that they are a fraudulent company. Update:just received a friendly call from David V. I am now in receipt of the gift card, as such updating my experience. Although this appears to be a legitimate site, the customer service needs to improve. I am thankful David was able to assist BUT wish it didn't take me publishing a poor review to receive my gift card.

Received gift card as a reward from a VISA credit card. After entering the card and PIN to purchase a card on their website, it states that the card number is invalid. Unable to speak with anyone through the 800#. The 800# confirms the value of the card but does not address the issue.

I ordered a visa prepaid and i never got a email confirming my order nor the gift card. I have no clue how i am supposed to file something about this since i was not even sent a invoice number to my email
