Received several of these cards over the last several years as a reward from my employer. Unfortunately only 2 of the 5 cards worked. 2 appear to have been reduced to $0 with monthly fees. And the other one appears to have been reduced with fraudulent charges.
First time using the website. Arrived in a timely manner to email and cell. I like that I could send the ecard to both email and cell for the sender and receiver. I saved the website for later use. It was great for last minute gift. My mom who received the ecard said it was easy to use. She also liked how she could use the email when the cashier couldn’t figure out the text. Not something to do with the website. She is 70 yrs old and didn’t find it complicated.

Person who recieved card could not use it it would not open. So the money is wasted/in limbo. Its nice you sent me a reply saying you were sorry. How about sending me a refund since the card is unusable? I am out $45! Please send me a refund ASAP!
I ordered a gift card for my grandson's graduation on June 30th. It's been five days so far and he still hasn't received it. I emailed the company a few times and they said the issue was resolved but it wasn't. At this point I just want a refund on my purchase so i can get a card at the store and mail it to him. Very upset.
Got a message that my order was risk rejected. No explanation and no answer to my inquiry. Am filing a complaint with FCC and anyone else deemed approprote the charge is pending on my account. How can I submit information to an email that says no reply and does not tell east info they str looking for The $250.00 has now posted to my credit card. I don't even know of the e card has been sent. Still no response. Missed my son's birthday. My reply was blocked!!!!
Went to Amazon for the card, but they do not offer the email version which I need because the receiving party is traveling in Europe.
I tried for several days to purchase an Ikea gift card for my son for his birthday, and I couldn't succeed in doing so. The site I had gone to kept sending me to a page in French! I finally ended up at GiftCards.com and very easily purchased the card for him. Thanks for a smooth and easy way to do so.
Purchased a visa egiftcard for my girlfriend. And she has tried to use it a handful of times on different apps/online stores and it is declined everytime. When i went to check the balance and/or activate it on there website it keeps saying that the card doesnt exist. First time using giftcards.com and will be the last if i cant get this resolved asap!

I accidentally sent the card to myself instead of my grandson, but the information got to hom. Otherwise I use this app once a month or more sometimes. Very quick if ordered on a weeknight then 1 day if a weekend

Eh. I tried messaging a few times on Instagram to ask a question. I just got a bot. There is no confirmation if the GC was received, already used, or opened. Just “processed.” I need to request a refund. I’m left here wondering, and if the cards had not been used, then I would like to retract those purchases. ** Update: I previously mentioned the invoice, or "order" number, in my initial review because there was an optional field for it. However, it seems to have disappeared, and now I'm being requested to confirm my details again through email. My information is already accessible on all your online platforms, including Instagram. I'm exerting extra effort to repeatedly provide everything instead of investigating where the data ends up. Someone from your company used my CC # and charged $1,500 disguised as a paypal charge. Which I have reported as fraudulent to my Bank. I will likely no longer use your service.
I wanted my purchase canceled and havent been contacted about it being canceled. They didn’t tell me I couldn’t send the virtual Visa cards to Nigeria they need to let us know that before purchasing. So I want my money back.
