When I receive the card I tried to redeem and it said it had already been redeemed. I tried emailing you sending you a message. I have not received anything in return in regards to this problem
I bought a Google play gift card bc Rakuten offered cash back on it. Got it quickly, loaded it to my Google play easily but wasn't able to use it bc it immediately flagged and a message came up that I not load any more cards until it gets resolved.

This company needs to tighten up their business structure. I placed an order for a gift card, and the order never went through, but there was no reason or no way to find out what was going on. Eventually, I was told the image I had selected was copyrighted. I will give them another “hesitant“ try.

My card was canceled twice for no reason as it was me purchasing yet it was still canceled.
*Update- I am asking that your company provide a courtesy e-gift card for your lack of assistance over the course of 4 days. This cause great frustration on my end and the recipient missed getting the e-gift card in time for her birthday. My recipient was not able to access her ecard gift and your customer service team has not resolved the issue. Horrible service. I want a refund.
So so easy and the giftcard delivered immediately and I was allowed to send it to the recipients phone number in a text message!!!
