The order was processed and flled fast. And was able to zip pay it

I would like a refund. I am not able to use the gift card at uber eats I purchased a 25.00 card. Have been trying all day to use it and it won't approve.

What was so great about GiftCards.com was how easy it was to send a cc card to somebody out of state. Our daughter was thrilled!

Never received the gift card I ordered! I have reported this to my credit card company who will look into this. Horrible customer service! People beware!!!!! Do not order gift cards from this company!
Never got my card
Horrible experience trying to buy a GC paying via PayPal. It got cancelled 5 times due to some security screening item. I get it you have to be secure but then when I tried to call 3x to resolve the issue I could not get through to a human. I'll use a different service next time, this was a waste of time

I put in a case because my girlfriend needed money quick for groceries.i have used y'all many times in the past no issues. Today it was needed to be there quick. It got hung up and blocked my GF from opening it she needs the money to feed her and my young daughter.i sent an email and get no answers.
