It was quick and easy. I was glad I could text the giftcard. I also enjoyed being able to send a bday video with my bday greeting.

I couldn't get any response from your help site! I gave the wrong email address for an ecard for $150 and I need it to be sent to the correct address. No one has answered my 3-4 messages

Please do not expect your gift card code to be sent instantly as they claimed. I put in my order a while ago and now not only can I not access the website for some reason but the gift card has not been sent. This website is most likely a scam and I have already invested $145 into it ***UPDATE**** It came about an hour late and I had issues accessing the website, it’s best to get the gift card in store if available

It was a very pleasing experience. I get nervous if I switch sites but the app made it easy.

Speed.......

I buy gc's from giftcards.com to receive airline miles through the Cartera AAeShopping portal. However, they don't post automatically. Many of my fellow travel colleagues are experiencing the same issue. Our travel community communicate quite a lot. I have many more invoices that is in the same situation. I suppose I should post them individually.

Unable to add to mobile wallet. Apple Pay does not accept card. Will not buy again.

My phone did a spell check when I was entering the email to have the GC sent too, so it went to the wrong email address. I reached out the CS and a few minutes later they canceled the original and sent a new one.

Cannot redeem card so at this point it’s a failure. Tried chat for help and it timed out. Currently waiting for an email reply but if I don’t receive it soon I have transaction disputed on my credit card.

Promo code disappears if you go back to cart from payment screen. I mistakenly did this and did not catch it on the submission screen before I hit submit. Paid full price instead of 10% off as advertised on front page. Customer Service on the phone refused to help! Update: Revised from 1 to 3 stars because they contacted me based on my review and refunded the 10%. Great result in my case, but had I not reviewed here, the phone agent's firm "no" would have stood.

I received 2 25.00 multibrand gift cards Fun & Fabulous. Not so fun or fabulous. I can't get my card to activate... I use my cell phone and it just says undefined when I enter card #. When I go to my pc it doesn't even give me the option to redeem only a visa or mastercard. AND I CAN'T GET A HOLD OF ANYONE. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. BUYERS BE WARE!!!!! i HAVE $50.00 IN FAKE MONEY. WHAT A COMPLETE WASTE. SO DISAPPOINTED. NOW I WILL HAVE TO TELL MY FRIEND THAT THESE ARE USELESS AND TO NEVER PURCHASE AGAIN

I have tried to redeem a gift card I received, but the website indicated on the back of the card (redeem.giftcards.com) doesn't work, as does not giftcards.com nor their customer service number (833 568-8729). Looks like a scam to me.

Better Communication would be great. Phone customer service would be better! If I ask three clearly and distinct questions, I expect three separate answers, not one or two general responses. Thank you
