I bought gift card from giftcards.com and was extremely satisfied and happy with the service and promptness . One thing that takes them apart from other websites is that the card I bought had an option to chose redeeming at 4 different stores and those options works best for me. I will definitely buy more from this website over the coming season.

Purchased a gift card about a hour almost 2 hours ago still never received it , checked reviews people received it in 1 hour! Every review Ive seen today was bad. Not to mention i already reached out and they said that it may take up to 24hours to receive!! If i would’ve known that i would have never purchased UPDATE: AFTER WAITING FOR HOURS THEY CANCELLED MY ORDER!!! I do not recommend at all
I added your virtual gift card to my wallet and I should be able to use it but for some reason it won't read your card and want some PIN code and I can't use it. Not that it really matters because I needed that so I would avoid being evicted but now I'm being being evicted. And I have covid and I tried really hard and trusted this process but of course nobody's stuff works and then I tried to call the 800 number or whatever nobody answers of course thanks so much for being so reliable. I'm being sarcastic obviously. I guess I'll give you guys a call since he said you were unable to contact me via email but it came from a very not normal site like gift cards.com I will could be giving you a call shortly
It is not a virtual gift card you can add to your apple wallet and I want a refund because I won’t be using it
Recipie received e-gift card through text but activating it to use is very unclear for them. They are more confused. I should’ve just venmoed them money!
Really disappointed at the fact that an e-gift card on this site means you can only use it online. I couldn’t even add it to my Apple Pay wallet to use where I needed to use it to.
Gift card was a hassle to use
I used Zip (similar to Afterpay) to purchase a $250 visa egift card for my birthday. The first issue was I assumed that it would instantly be sent to my email address but that didn't happen. It was sent about an hour later which I was okay with until I clicked on "redeem now" and no gift card details populated in the box. Only a "contact us" link. I tried several times to access the information and still got the same empty box. I contacted customer service first through email and got an email back confirming that there was a team looking into the situation with a case number. I tried again and got the same box so I saw the website had a chat feature. I chatted with an agent and they re sent the redemption email. I tried while still on the chat to redeem the card with the same empty box. I let the agent know and was told the situation would be "escalated". I said okay and asked some follow up questions and before I knew it, the agent ended the chat without answering the questions or giving any further information. I got frustrated and tried to open another chat and kept getting the chat bot. I used my laptop and was finally able to speak with someone again. They told me that the situation was being "escalated" again with no time frame on a resolution. I ended the chat and called the customer service number and spoke with an agent and was told that I would receive a response in 24 hours. We'll see how that goes. I've NEVER experienced anything like this before. I will NEVER buy anything from this company again. Beware everyone!! ***UPDATE**** I received a refund for the gift card so all is well with that. I also tried the redemption link again just for the heck of it and I was finally able to see the gift card details AFTER they had already deactivated the card 🙃. Still never using giftcards.com again!
