Warning: Visa e-gift cards CANNOT be used in store. I wish they had made it more clear upfront. Only /after/ sending the gift card to my recipient did we find out that she couldn't add the card to her Apple Wallet, which was very disappointing. (They can only be used online...or for mail-in or phone-in orders, and this is 2024!!)

Dishonest usage guidelines have made finding somewhere that would even accept this gift card impossible. I cannot return it, or exchange it, so I am stuck with a gift card that I can't use anywhere I try. "Anywhere a VISA card is accepted" except for any store that has stricter gift card policies, or ANY online store. Extremely annoying and a waste of money I honestly cannot afford.

Bought over 10 cards and the process was fast and easy to access each card.

Company sold me a prepaid visa e-gift card that gets declined on every purchase everywhere and they act like you’re supposed to actually read the TandC. These days with crooks like this website you have to read all the small print bc they will screw you anyways they can. And then they tell me that every decline will have a pending charge on it and typically within 7-10 business days in”should” not “will” get a refund of the remaining balance left on the card. This is robbery and it’s a shame!!!! SHAME ON THEM!!!!

Be careful when purchasing cards in bulk. I have literally purchased over $100,000.00 in gift cards from this company over the past few years, and had one of them expire. They refused to reissue the card and kept my $500.

It was great to be able to upload my own photo to customize the card & to put a message on the card.

My grandson has been waiting for hours for the gift card to arrive. I understand it could take some time, but you probably should hold off asking if I've been surprised and delighted until after the card comes.

I purchased a Multi gift cart at Krogers. When I attempted to use it at Cracker Barrel, it failed, When I created an account on Giftcards.com to check on the status, there was no selection for the MultiCard and no place to get support. I am now out $50 and will never buy their product again.

I need a refund this should be able to use in store and not fair that it’s online only I need my refund

I sent a gift card to my neighbor for his bday and decided to send another one the following week because his daughter was coming into town. The gift card sent from this transaction didn’t have an expiration date this time and I tried contacting the company to fix the issue and send out a new one and they have yet to respond to me. This is such a headache. Here I am a few days later… and still nothing has been done. I Don’t see what the issue is on just sending out a new card… this is obviously your mistake and I clearly see I’m not the only one with this issue.

Gift card did not work and my stepdad traveled 35 minutes to the store to use it. The clerk and his manager tried everything, but it did not work. Waste of time.

Businesses did very little to warn it is an online only card. Also business did not help create an account before allowing me to order the card and it seems like the card is useless now .
