This is not the first time I have ordered from you but I always am very pleased. This is such a unique gift that not many people have seen before.
I am happy to report that GiftCards.com fixed the problem I had complained about earlier. I mostly complained because I had difficulty contacting them to rectify the fact that a gift card I purchased for a sick relative had been deleted. It seemed reasonable to expect that they should honor the purchase, and thankfully, they did!

I do not like the fact that you do not provide tracking info. We sent the giftcard as a surprise gift, therefore, we do not want to ask the recipient if they received it and ruin the surprise. This is "money" being shipped, why would you not provide a tracking #?!?! Suppose it gets lost or delivered to the wrong place?!?! Please fix this issue!

I am taking some of the blame because I didn't read where you can only use this online not as a real virtual card where you can pay at pos stations. But I feel like it shouldn't be called a virtual gift card if it can't do it all.
My order seems to be complete. But I didn’t receive the champs gift card.
Card is not working
The recipient is unable to redeem and activate the giftcard. Has entered a correct email address and it is not letting them in.
you do not state this card can only be used for online purchases. i feel scammed. also the fact u cannot add it to a digital wallet is outdated, i will never use your service again nor will i recommend it.
They sold a card that is useless, refuses to do anything about it. I think there needs to be a class action lawsuit against these scammers. When I called customer service , they claimed it was not their card kept asking what store did we buy it. It was bought over the phone sent by text ! These are scammers and need to be in prison !!

The gift card had issues activating. Contacted your customer service and haven't heard back for over 2 hours. Edit: added the details, still have not heard back from them for another 12 hours. Currently about 24 hours from initial contact without a resolution.
