Can you resend the recipient the email. They never got the email

I need a refund immediately! I cannot find anything online on shop.giftcards.com’s website about customer support services and initiating a refund. There is no way of getting in contact with a representative via phone call when using the number listed and it is impossible to be contacted and have success with the online customer service chat agents for this company!

I have used you now for like, 5 years maybe more. I no longer sign in because frankly your sign in process is problematic and wastes time. The kids and grandkids like the cards.

My son never got the gift!

The gift card never worked. I tried to contact customer service but I haven't heard anything from them yet. I just would like to get refunded.

Paid for a gift card, was sent an email to redeem it and I was directed to a page that said, "Error, this site cannot be reached." Reached out to gift cards.com twice now and no resolution. Suspicious!

I didn't order this

I emailed asking for a status. But didn’t get a response. My gift card wasn’t delivered yet.

Purchased a gift card to be send instantly and it never arrived. I will be calling Monday!

I still have yet to receive my gift cards i ordered its been well over 2 hours and the experience hasnt been that great. I use to get them immediately and now. Still have nothing at all Edit : Ok its been about 12-14 hours later, still nothing even though it was set to instant send. But they did reach out too me so im gunna give 3 stars because thats respecful, and i do always get the cards fast this is just an exception. Hopefully ill recieve them soon

Sent a gift card to one of my friends in the middle east, and when he tried to access the site from his country it was blocked. My card was still charged. And there's no warning system in place to give someone a heads up.

I sent a gift to my girlfriend she did not receive it although I put in all the correct information plus on top of that I had the worst time to sign in and even when I got in I still couldn’t cancel the order

Doesn’t work, no expiration date no ccv? Tried to open it in multiple browsers but doesn’t work. Trying to be convenient got myself fooled.

The card will not work when I tried to use it

Easy to purchase and received an emailed card almost immediately. Great to get an added bonus discount!

Trying to speak to someone in customer service is not even an option and then to top it off. I got $100 gift card from a friend and I’ve used $27 of it and my balance is $25 I’m trying to get the answer to where the rest of the hundred dollars that and it’s impossible to get an answer
