It was a scam, is there any way to reverse the transaction since it is still pending?

The process was fairly easy. It would be helpful if the software included showing exactly what the cardholder would look like. This would have prevented me from ordering a card with the wrong name in the "To" space on the holder.

Super easy and I was able to personalize the e-giftcard with a picture.

I bought the Airbnb gift card for my family to use while in Italy and wasn't able to activate it. The site should make more clear that the cards can only be redeemed in the USA. I filed for refund about 30min after purchase when I couldn't redeem the card and was declined.

Someone stole my credit card and used your business to run up a bunch of fraudulent charges. Apparently you allow people to Text gift cards to their phone without supplying even an address. I called customer support and they couldn't delete the account. I don't know why. Get rid of my account please, i don't want it, your business is being used by thieves.

Haven’t gotten the card.

I recently purchased a gift card and have not gotten any form of confirmation or receipt, the only thing I have is a charge to my card and no gift card to show for it, I was never prompted to make an account so I can’t access the purchase

I recently bought a gift card and didn’t receive it because there was an error. I am still waiting and have yet to get the immediate refund that they stated they would give. Very disappointed and you should avoid this website

My hacked credit card was used to purchase several gift cards from giftcards.com. While this is not their fault, they do not have any sort of dispute method available via telephone support. This is definitely their choice.

I don’t even feel like giving you my time to explain how displeased I am. Your customer service agents wasted enough of my time. EDIT: 9/2/24 Yes they tried to contact me but they’ve wasted enough of my time as is. There’s nothing to talk to you about. Your Visa cards and off brand BS that you can only use at some stores. Your fraudulent response to my review shows me that you had no interest in actually resolving the issue at hand considering I went back and forth with you on chat for as long as I did. Don’t try and make your company look better with replying to customers like this. Your company has the worst customer service for live chat agents. Fire them all and try hiring new people that know how to do their job.

I sent a gift card to my mom for her birthday. My first time doing it from here and it was a great experience. She got it with no hassles or delays.
