Gift card does not load

Never received gift card. (Updated) check if your message sent was in a junk folder. I have a phone security app and it reported it as fraud. I got my card and was able to use thank you.

I bought a gift card for my son and sent it via text so he could buy groceries. He received it, but so far he has been unable to verify it despite using the same phone number the gift card was sent to. This is super inconvenient and I will use another service next time. I'd also love to be able to talk to someone on the phone, but that seems impossible.

You say fulfilled but she doesn't have it. So now we are both screwed and can't reach a living being that is messed up and we are out money I can not afford

Sent a gift card to my wife on her birthday, got it immediately..which was great! However, the link she was sent takes you to a page where it asks for a phone number. We tried hers and mine every which way with no success.

I bought a lot of giftcards. Without notifying me they cancelled the order. Ok.. cool (not). I noticed that their record of the refund was short $19 from what I have paid. Upon reviewing, they failed to refund the shipping, since you know, the cards never shipped. I sent in a request for clarification. I sent in the original invoice, THEIR record showing the refund is different than what I bought, my credit card statement confirming both amounts, after WEEKS of following up with these people, they have the audacity to say that ITS NOT THEIR FAULT. ITS THE CARD BANK. WHAT?! YOUR LITERAL RECORD IN YOUR WEBSITE SHOWS YOU REFUNDED ME LESS THAN WHAT I PAID AND YOU REFUSE TO SEE IT WITH YOUR EYES. The level of incompetency is incredible. I've requested for a manager to call or contact me, however given their stellar service (sarcasm) i'm not holding my breath. As of 8/21 this is STILL AN ISSUE.
