It’s been a week and my wife still hasn’t received her gift card via text. Update: despite the comments below my wife *still* hasn’t received her gift card as of 9/5/24 and I had to resort to a charge back through my bank.
I thought I was able to send my child an eGift Card so that she could buy herself food at an airport, but instead the Virtual card can only be used online and not in-person. What a waste of money.
I never got my gift card the link I was sent was no good the customer service sucks they have yet to do anything it had been over a day and i have gotten no help and still have yet to get my gift card. Just seems like in our 35$ get your gift cards some where else.

My card was ordered on 8/23/24. as of 8/30 the recipient has not received it. When I call I get an automated voice operator that leads me no where. I am embarassed as my recipient has not received anything, and I am furious over this company that I cannot get any customer service. Is this a scam? I would recommend everyone stay away from this website.
Tried to redeem gift card and it gives me an error telling me to try again later. Contacted the number it shown for support and it is some company called SafeLink. Broken English so bad I could barely understand them. I was told I needed to redeem the code using a PC!?. told them I didn't have a PC currently and the connection was lost. I honestly believe I'm out of $50 right now. I'll never order from this company again.
My card did not work at all it kept declining and the 5 dollar fee is outrageous for a card that doesn’t even work
