I purchased this for a friend and he was told the balance was $0 and required a valid pin. I have been unable to reach customer service.

Internet only. Any entity that demonstrates lack of compatibility with Apple Wallet has to be suspect. No flexibility and makes one wonder if this company can’t or won’t adhere to Apple standards. Either way…suspect.

I did not get the gift card texted to me.. and there is not help on the website for that at all.

UPDATE: it's been 10 days now, and we still haven't seen an effective solution or response. Giving customers standard replies to avoid the issue is unacceptable. Please tell us when we will be refunded the money you deceived me of!! ************************************************************** I would give zero stars if I could -- We purchased this company' Visa gift card on 8/28, and tried to use this card to make purchases on 9/01, but it was declined. Therefore, we accessed the account, and discovered that the entire $500 we had purchased had been fraudulently charged. This is RIDICULOUS!!! We contacted their fraud department, she said she would send us the email and get back to us, but we have not received any response so far. We cannot believe that this company's gift cards are so easily subject to fraud, and their customer service is so careless. After searching online, many people have experienced fraudulent charges with gift cards from this company. So PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS; make sure to be very careful before purchasing or using their card!!!

Card says loaded and active but won’t work anywhere and customer service is a robot

I sent a card to a Gmail that does not exist on accident. There was no way to change the email account after the order was placed. I hope there is some way to refund it since the email will never opened since it does not exist.

The custom photo option on the gift card is very cool for that special touch on a simple gift. It took a little longer then I thought it would, but really it’s just normal shipping times.

haven’t received my email yet to activate the card and it’s been hours since I bought it

took 7 hours to get gift card.

Recipient never received the gift card. ***Update*** Sent the additional information that was requested and I contacted them twice via chat. I still have no resolution and my card still has a pending charge for a gift card that was NEVER RECEIVED.

Easy to send a gift card with out mailing it

I tried to send a scheduled card for a birthday but it cancelled due to security concerns. I was able to send the card on time on the same day successfully through email.

So far can’t use the gift card, always declines.

I thought the card would be sent instantly

i only recieved one egift, i ordered 2 i recieved the 2nd ecard later in the day

Y’all cancelled my card now it says it’s declined and now I can’t use it nor get a refund.

Purchased to by an online tv service, all it does is decline!! Wasted 86$. It’s not a visa, it’s a spend at there approval card, stay away!!!
