When I phoned Geeks2U and spoke to Holly she was most friendly and helpful. She arranged for a visit as soon as possible because I was having problems with my computer. Malcolm was very efficient and explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. He checked all hardware connected to wi-fi. I am not a technically inclined person but, I now understand more than I did before. Full marks to Malcolm.

Buy computer use Geeks set up and data transfer, magnificent. Computer broken within month, new computer same office, use Geeks. ABSOLUTE BLOODI DISASTER. Unusable computer. Double saving so new M'soft says full. Keeps slipping between multiple files. And they are suing me for $49. Dont know if this will ever be fixed. Dont go near them. Get someone you can trust. SO THIS IS AN ADD ON. GEEKS IS ASKING FOR MY INFO HOWEVER THERE IS NO METHOD TO RESPOND.

Very good guy! Couldn't fix the issue but that wasn't his fault. He did everything he could. He also resolved a printer/scanner issue! If I have any other issues he will be the first I'll call.
