Casey was very helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble for him, he went above and beyond too help me out with my printer and computer issues. He is a credit to the company, and i have no trouble recommending him to other customers.

Great service. Prompt. Helpful and offered great tips to help mitigate issue should it occur again. Ran multiple diagnostic tests to ensure all ok. Reset apps so they’re not draining resource at start up.

Anthony was so patient and helpful. Spent quite a bit of time emails all fixed among other issues as well. Lovely man would recommend him to anyone, and will use Geeks again if necessary.

When I phoned Geeks2U and spoke to Holly she was most friendly and helpful. She arranged for a visit as soon as possible because I was having problems with my computer. I am housebound, so use my computer to keep contact with friends. When Thomas came he soon sorted my problems and also gave me many useful tips.

Malcolm was very efficient and explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. He checked all hardware connected to wi-fi. I am not a technically inclined person but, I now understand more than I did before. Full marks to Malcolm.

Buy computer use Geeks set up and data transfer, magnificent. Computer broken within month, new computer same office, use Geeks. ABSOLUTE BLOODI DISASTER. Unusable computer. Double saving so new M'soft says full. Keeps slipping between multiple files. And they are suing me for $49. Dont know if this will ever be fixed. Dont go near them. Get someone you can trust. SO THIS IS AN ADD ON. GEEKS IS ASKING FOR MY INFO HOWEVER THERE IS NO METHOD TO RESPOND.

Peter was very efficient and I was surprised he got through my list of various things to be done/queried (new laptop, EarPods, TV apps and various other queries) as quickly as he did - 45 minutes! I was very happy with the IT work done, as well as the cost. Thank you Peter and Geeks2U!

Great service. Really happy with the communication and Tri did a wonderful job recovering my photos from my non-responsive hard drive. Highly recommend!

Very good guy! Couldn't fix the issue but that wasn't his fault. He did everything he could. He also resolved a printer/scanner issue! If I have any other issues he will be the first I'll call.

The Geek2U rep (Ian) was very knowledgeable and pleasant. All issues were resolved. Helpful suggestions were made beyond the issues addressed. Very happy. Would use again.
