Fast, reliable and although I still had to complete some steps (defrag) because it would have taken too long, overall excellent because computers are working again. And I didn’t have to leave the house carting computers somewhere and then picking up again.

Just spent $1500 on a brand new Gen10 laptop to work from home but it wouldn't connect to the wifi for some reason. Frustrating. Tried everything, so I rang Geeks2U and had a technician call the next business day. He was great, pleasant and efficient, he sorted out the issue plus he cleaned up my desk top and laptop, installed a security program so I could do internet banking which I previously had been reluctant to do and generally sorted out my computers without any fuss. Highly recommend.
