Friendly, quick and all up and running smoothly - if only the same could be said of the interaction with Telstra who, despite their High Fees and Charges, seemingly deliberately make things difficult. As the least nerdy-person I would recommend Geeks2U and will, when needed use again. Thanks, Paul!

Technician, Chris, arrived on time. He explained what was wrong and what needed to be done to repair problem. He then showed me what I needed to do to make the printer work for me. Very efficient.

I must have gotten the worst tech on the planet. First day he arrives late, charges me $400 and gives me an invoice from Geeks2U. He charged me $ 120 for a piece of equipment that costs no more than $35 at Officeworks. I can understand some kind of mark up but that was daylight robbery. When I booked the appointment with Geeks2U I was promised a discount as I am on a disability pension. He refused saying whatever deal I had with Geeks2U had nothing to do with him. When leaving, he hands me a business card showing Jims IT Services. Their number was scribbled out and replaced with his personal mobile number. Anyway, Day 1 did not solve any of my computer/communications issues. I phoned the private mobile number on the Jim's card he gave me and he came back the next day (not the same day as he said he had to research the problem) and charged me another $150 and still nothing was fixed. Seemed like he wasn't quite sure of what he was doing. He was as cold as ice, impossible to talk to and I was made to feel very uncomfortable. Never again! I then put out a call on Facebook and found a fabulous tech who lives locally. He had everything up and running in a very short time. Problem was not complicated at all. According to this tech, the part I was charged for looked like it had not been replaced at all and he indicated that I'd been ripped off at that price. Furthermore, that part had nothing to do with the problem at all. I asked this rip off dodgy tech for an itemised invoice.....all I got was a receipt sent to my mobile. I'm still waiting for this itemised invoice as I intend to follow this through.

They were available at very short notice to come to my home and fix the 'crash' problem with my computer. Muhammad quickly understood and resolved the problem I had, allowing me to get back to work within very short time from my initial enquiry.

I had a tech come out - he could not fix my issue so he said he would come back next day. He did not come back and Geeks 2u started sending me the invoice saying i did not pay which i did. They said they will send another person who will fix the issue free of charge. Tech came could not fix my issue or help me. I was charged for this service, and they referred me to a debt company now. I spent nearly 200 for initial consult which could not help me and now they want me to pay 158 dollars and are sending the debt company after me. For a service fee which should have been free. My issue has not been resolved still.

My experience with the tech was very professional, explained what and why with the things he was doing. Very helpful pleasant, got the problem sorted. The cost was very reasonable.

Unfortunately I was not happy with the technician I had. Given I’m not a Geek which is why I contact your service I was not expecting this guy to say “why did you buy that for” in relation to an inadequate router that I bought. It was incredibly rude and in my home too. Frankly I wondered if it revealed a sexist attitude. I won’t use you again and will use JB HiFi.

James (geeks2U) helped form a strategy for an upgrade path for our server Our server is mission critical to our business and houses proprietary software and databases. As such we need a technical resource that we could trust, which we were not sure we could get from Geeks2U until we met James. James exceeded all our expectations, and we feel extremely confident in his ability Just to put the impact of James visit into context, we had started the process of engaging other organizations to provide technical support for us as we were unhappy with the skill set of the last few geeks2u technicians, but after meeting James we have stopped looking on the assumption that we can get James back when needed We have utilized Geeks2U over a long period of time, based on our ability to find support staff that can address our specific setup. James is within the top three technicians we have ever had. I would have no reservation in recommending James to organizations and friends Congratulations to Geeks2U in finding such a great resource within our area My advice to other users of Geeks2u is that if your technician does not meet your needs ask for another technician. It's not that some technicians are bad, but some have skills that align better to the needs of your organization

I am an Apple person since the mid-1980's starting with OS2. I had a (for me) knotty problem regarding how to convert (burn) MPEG-4 files to DVD. I could view the movies readily on my desktop but not via a DVD player. Geeks2U sorted me out and I was able to complete the job that had been started by my guru over a series of blank disks.

My HP all in one lost the HD during a recent move. I booked geeks2u online and it was a very comfortable meeting and Ris worked hard to get my all in one back and running. I definitely recommend this service. So affordable.

Work was completed by a different tech on the 2nd visit. Accounts department is the worst I've ever experienced. I keep getting overdue invoice emails, letters of demand after I have made 8 phone calls and 4 emails over 7 weeks, invoice was paid on time.

Dhwani from Geeks2U worked through the problems I was having with my Google Chromecast device/Wi-Fi. He explained to me what he was doing as he worked away and finally achieved a perfect result. I am very impressed with Dhwani's skills!

Excellent service. Ariel arrived on time. Was presented with an awkward problem under MACOS where additional characters were being printed. After a careful analysis Ariel identified the problem, showed me how it occured and corrected the malfunction - excellent response

The online booking system was easy to navigate and easy to modify, and customer service was awesome. Peter (the service provider) was a friendly, informative and very efficient professional.
