Lucky to get 1 star. This business should not exist. We called 1pm Saturday needing help on a personal laptop. It seemed great enough when they said they would book a technician to come on-site on a Saturday afternoon between 3:30-4:30pm. Accepted the weekend surcharge and gave cc details to confirm the booking. 3:30pm - did not arrive 4:00pm - did not arrive 4:30pm - did not arrive 4:45pm - did not arrive 5:00pm - did not arrive Rang back the customer service line, even though I made the booking, and it was my credit card, they said they couldn't speak to me because it was my wife's device. Mid-way through the call getting my wife to give permission to speak with me, the call "dropped out". Called back 90 seconds later, the next operator had no issues speaking to me - they couldn't reach the technician, but they would keep trying. Next afternoon, 24 hours later, I speak to an operator again, they haven't heard from the technician. The technician literally has gone AWOL. They agreed to delete all my credit card details. What a shocking process and a terrible user experience. They should just pack up and close down the business. Besides a few apologies from the call centre, they really don't care. They don't reply to google reviews on here, proof they're not interested in brand reputation. And the technicians name was Miteshkumar. If you're silly enough to reach out to Geeks after this, and you get Miteshkumar as your technician, run a mile or ask for another technician.

Ian was incredibly patient with our lack of technical knowledge and was able to resolve all the issues on our laptop, desktop and ipad.... all with a smile on his face.

Geeks2U must be the 3rd or 4th attempt by me to get the correct computer technician for my home computer. The Geeks2U techie was excellent. He was very professional and skilled at his work. His knowledge and skill were top-notch. I felt assured my computer was in the correct hands. He explained everything in detail answered my numerous questions. In the past, I have had technicians get angry, be curt if I asked questions. They would geeks2U tech answered each and every question and explained in detail. It was very re-assuring. I also noticed that he respected my privacy when I was entering the passwords. He would move away. No other technician has done that! It's taken me years and many techs, but I feel, I finally have got the right technician in all aspects of the work. One I can totally rely on. Thanks to Geeks2U.

Kiran seemed great. It took longer than anticipated and we had to make some compromises. It is impossible to know if the technician was a genius working through difficult obstacles or inexperienced and fumbling through. I can say that I am glad that I engaged Geeks2U and we now have a working solution. I was very happy that he stayed longer than the allotted hour and did not charge extra.

icholas was very knowledgeable, very patient and inspected my whole build to ensure that there wasn't any issues with how it was built and fixed a couple of incorrectly installed wires. He tested all software and stress tested the hardware to work out which was the culprit causing the problem. He provided advice and education about replacing the part and then how to test it once new hardware installed. I can't recommend him enough, he went above and beyond! Thank you Nicholas.

If I could, I would give them a minus 1! I started out with a tech that had my computer for 3 weeks!! There was no communication!! I had to contact the company 3 times and wait for a response to find out what was going on with my computer repair!! After 3 weeks and no progress, I spoke with a manager and asked her to transfer my pc to another tech, which she did!! I waited another week and a half with little communication, but finally got my computer back after a little over a month!! I am not very computer literate, and my husband had set up a back-up service that I told the tech I had just renewed and that is what was important to me to be re-established!! That did not happen upon getting my pc reset!! After getting an email that no back-up was occurring, I called this company back to fix it!! They reluctantly came back to fix it for which I was grateful!! They charged me $425, and I am still having issues with my pc!! I called and asked to speak with the tech, but no one called me back!! I have since contacted the Geek Squad, had to pay again, and they came out the same day and corrected the issue that should have been corrected by Geeks2U!! Geeks2U stated that if I had other issues to call them, and they would help!! However, no one calls you back due their lack of communication!! I was very disappointed in Geeks2U and would never use them again!! Minus 1 in customer service and communication!!!!!!

Brendon arrived promptly and did a thorough check through and tune up of my laptop - instructing me on a couple of things I can do regularly to clear recycle bin clean up disk space. Highly recommend the Geek Team they are always reliable, helpful and polite.

Nicholas was very courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He took his time to explain how to keep my computer clean and as safe as possible. He is a great asset to your company.

Really happy. Martin was able to troubleshoot all the problems I threw at him - switching internet providers from Telstra ADSL to Starlink satellite. As well as that he was super easy to talk to and nothing was too much trouble. Much appreciated.

Jason helped me out today, diagnosed and fixed in under 10 minutes an issue which I had no hope for. Came on time, very polite, did an excellent job and most importantly, liked my dog. Will definitely be going to Geeks2U for any future issues. 100/10.
