Many thanks to Geeks2U for providing an outstanding service, fixing some long-term, ongoing issues with Outlook, Gmail and storage. It was a bonus being able to receive such excellent service via a phone call. Also appreciate their clear and prompt communication about booking and paying for the service. I'll definitely use Geeks2U's service again, if necessary, and would highly recommend them.

Great communication, notified that he could be early & if a problem he would hold off. Winston listen to what the problem was with our computer before getting started & fixing it.

Peter was the best computer guy that I have ever experienced. This is because of his demeanor: he is calm, unhurried and informative. So many computer guys are impatient and condescending. Peter, in contrast, made sure that I understood every step he took to resolve my problems. Geeks2U is fortunate that it has Peter working for it.

Charbel just solved all five of my problems. Quick, efficient. He communicated what the problems probably were and then proceeded with a solution. I couldn't ask for any more than that. Job done!!

It was so easy to book a technician at a time that suited me. Day and time availability had good variety; Michael arrived in specified time; fixed my issue and was on his way. I loved it.

Fast response. On time. Stayed till completed and reformatted everything. Replaced hard drive and re-installed software. Vetted, scanned and fixed 5 devices and re-established their log ons to various different systems and applications. As good as it gets.

The technical team at Geeks to You is extremely knowledgeable and patient. Given the despair caused by lost data and non- working PC's, their service represents excellent value for money.

Robert is professional, and he quickly identified the issues faced and fixed them expertly. Robert also explained what had happened and how to prevent it from occuring again.

I have dealt with Geeks 2U since 2016, and the appointments I have had with them over the years although not many, have been marvellous. They always arrive, and on time too. We need a company like Geeks, I can’t rate them highly enough. The Technicians are very very clever. I wish them all the success they deserve.

Hopeless! The guy that turned up might as well of had a "IT for dummies" book under his arm. They were informed of the issue prior to arriving, however, upon arriving asked me whether I had certain hardware they could use to fix it. This did not happen and he left. They then arranged for a technician to call me. He spent 2 minutes on the phone and stated he can't fix the issue over the phone. He went on to tell me he would not charge me for the 2 minutes he spent with me, but then charged me for the full hour. They then rebooked me a technician to come out (it has now been 1 week since the original booking) and at the time they were meant to arrive, I received an email stating the appointment had been cancelled with no explanation. When I called the call center, no apology, nothing. They did not care. I do not recommend this compony to anyone, unless your objective is to have your time wasted and get charged for a service that was never provided and still be left with the issue. I have asked for manager to call me back numerous times and also asked for confirmation of my discussions in writing and I have received nothing.

Lalith was very approachable, understanding of issues, knowledgeable and would be happy to deal with him again. Also helpful in identifying other problems and resolving them.

ABSOLUTE SCAM! booked yesterday - they canceled on me at the time the ‘technician’ was supposed to be here. No apology just ‘ah well if technician decides they can’t come there isn’t anything we can do’… booked me another for 4pm… Showed up, fiddled for 10 mins, said can’t do anything contact HP for warranty and left … then hit me with a $200 bill inc. a $50 fee for ‘same day call out’ despite me booking yesterday! They obviously lie when they say ‘no fee no fix’ Don’t reply to emails, absolute cowboys.

I have used Geeks2U a number of times and have always found them to be professional and on time. They explain as they do all setups and are only to happy to answer your questions.

Very accessible and accommodating service. Jacob on switch was prepared to go that extra step to get me where I needed to be. My tech assistant Mehroze admitted he did not have much experience with Crazy Domains, which is why, I suspect, he did not charge me for his initial work. But he eventually identified the problem and got me to a position where I could finish it off with Crazy Domains' tech assistance. I appreciated his perseverance and honesty.
