The manual needs updating to incorporate the addendum. The parts photograph's are poor to identify. Overall I think the manual needs to be rewritten. Product needs a drag handle to move it from place to place

Great product, used it to (single handed) chain saw numerous large branches after trees were cut down. Would have been 5 stars except for poor quality control with brackets on foot bar. Obvious incorrect position of brackets required drilling out to align bolt holes.

I chose this model because it's simple, easy to set up, effective and keeps me fit. I only have a modest amount of splitting to do each year and this model is economical and has no running costs, makes little noise and needs almost no maintenance. I can put it in the car and it won't break. An excellent device which will keep me that much fitter too.
I still haven't seen the article. It seems to be lost. impossible to track.

great product prompt service
I placed my order at about 3.00pm and it arrived the next day. Perfect! Everything was as expected in good order. All set up and ready to go , but not used yet.
I received a lot of helpful advice about a replacement motor and it came within a couple of days of placing the order.
Delivery driver pushed packaging out his van hitting floor on one end. Sent photos of bent safety guard on machine still in packaging. After sending evidence, Forest Master blamed the delivery company. I received an email from customer service, extract below Our machines are robust and tough working machines. You could bend back the steel guard as it is not detrimental to the working of the machine. Following this email, I called Forest Master. Forest master made it clear returning this machine was not an option from them. Reluctantly they have provided a replacement guard but failed to provide fitting instructions as they said they would. I will need to remove the hydraulic lever to fit.
Delivery wasn't 24 hours as stated but a day late, not a major problem but could have been.
Mulcher arrived very quickly (2 days) and was straightforward to assemble.
