The FM6DD is a fantastic bit of kit. Easy to put together, small enough to (just) lift into the back of my estate car and it really does the job. I fed a trailer-load of Willow branches, some of which where right on the 2" limit, and the machine chomped through them. Even the thickest one barely changed the engine revs. I really appreciate the safety plate on the in-feed hopper which ensures one's hand can't get anywhere near the blades. The engine starts first time and runs smoothly. This machine is really good value: it may be small in size but it's a serious bit of kit.

The log splitter arrived by courier the day after I ordered it. It is very high quality, robust and good value for money.
Having looked at so many wood chippers/shredders I chose this one. Had it pre-assembled too. However within half hour it had blocked up and I couldn't get it apart. The chips are too fine, okay to compost but no use for paths. Very disappointed.

Very impressed with the service. I ordered an FM10 7ton log splitter which came in 3 parts with next day delivery. The carrier only delivered 1 part and their tracking information was not very useful. I contacted Forest Master and they were very helpful and kept me updated. The rest of the delivery arrived the following day. Good assembly information. A slight issue with a defective part was dealt with and a replacement sent immediately. The machine is performing better than my expectations and I would not hesitate to recommend it.

First time I have used Forest Master, Website is easy to use and when I phoned with a question the person (yes a real person) was very helpful. Delivery was next day, which was excellent. And I think the prices are reasonable.

I purchased an eight ton, vertical log splitter Christmas 2022. The initial unit had an issue but the way technical handled everything was absolutely first class. Within a day of reporting the issue a replacement unit arrived. This replacement has since operated without an issues whatsover. You can tell a company by the way it handles problems if they care about customers and from my experience they really do. I would not hesitate purchasing anything else form Log Master.

I received my FM6DD Chipper (I live in France so easy enough to purchase FM equipment still) On assembly I found that the engine oil dipstick looked broken off so I contacted the customer service department via email. Megan replied within 5 minutes explaining that the engine manufacturer had made a modification and I could rest assured that no foreign body had entered the crank housing. First class response time, first class explanation given. Thank you team again.
