After a cancelled delivery the shredder arrived next day. There was a good deal of work required to assemble it and conflicting information regarding the engine oil to be used. However, it fired-up first time and seems to work very well.

The product is great and arrived a couple of days after ordering. The instructions on assembling it were not, though, very good. You will need 2 people to assemble it. A video demonstrating its assembly would have been very helpful.

Took quite a while to put together, but the product does all that it advertised. Really pleased with its performance. Split lots of large logs that I hadn't been able to use before. Happy customer and would recommend this product.

I purchased the 5 ton log splitter direct from Forest Master complete with the stand 5 years ago. It has split tons and tons of logs during that time without an issue and is great to use. It came with the extra knife edge splitter blade which makes a big difference. Stand makes a big difference for ease of use. The best product I have purchased for many years. Highly recommended

I was looking forward to receiving and using this tool mainly because the videos I had seen portrayed it as making life easy. It was delivered on time with prior notice and none of the mishandling described by others. It assembled quickly and easily enough (although the exploded view was still too small for my old eyes) and as promised started first pull. So far impressed. Once I started using the shredder, I was a little frustrated at first but I soon adapted how I used it and was impressed with its performance. The frustrations which prevented five star rating are based around the design / size / shape of the feed chute. Certainly not capable of taking some of the big pieces I saw on one video and it soon became a bottle neck for any foliage, small branches or anything not lined up perfectly. Any blockages however are very easily dealt with by removing one bolt. (engine off obviously) Whilst I appreciate the safety critical design of the aperture I may consider some "adjustment" before tackling the bigger jobs I had in mind for this tool. If you are operating in a garden and need to keep the site tidy the bin / bag or whichever receptacle you choose to receive the high velocity chippings needs to be perfectly positioned, but a few minor adjustments and the addition of a flexible chute solved the problem nicely. It moves around well on the big wheels but needs to be on a firm level setting because any downward pressure at the feed end tips the machine, slightly adjusting position, also an extend handle on the feeder would make this very easy to wheel around. The chippings are very small and I was impressed by how the volume of a large tree was condensed to a few bags. Overall a great machine and at a similar price to the best electric shredder is great value but the frustrations around the clogging cost it one star.

First, delivery took a week,but due to time of year I didn't mind really. Putting it together was a bit problematic, maybe due to my age 77+ when I tried it out found it to be excellent. It split my love with ease and the motor is very quiet. Very highly recommended

I bought a 6HP woodchipper garden shredder FM6DD from Forest Master in October, I just wanted to tell you that the machine is fantastic. We live in Spain and have used it to chip/shred Date Palm leaves, cork oak branches,  bamboo and oleanders and the machine runs like a dream on woody and green material, no blocking up and does not even stutter when tackling the hard wood. We have run it now for a total of 12 hours chipping over several days shedding these types of material and the blades are still very sharp. We are very pleased with it and give it 5 stars.
