Recently purchased a 7-Ton log splitter. Very fast delivery and the splitter came virtually assembled and ready to use. I had to ring Customer Services, as I realised the machine would be easier to operate, and delivery was promised for the following day. The machine itself is easy to use, although ideally it’s a 2-man operation. Works well, does what it says on the tin. Very helpful and highly recommended.

Ordered a Forest Master 10 tonne vertical/horizontal log splitter late Sunday to replace anotyher brokemn product and it arrived Tuesday - really impressed. The splitter is great too and works very efficiently splitting large pieces of wood with relative ease. It occasionally struggles with a really knotty piece of green wood which gets stuck on one of the 2 splitting prongs but a quick tap with a lump hammer normally clears it off. Would definitely recommend the Company and the product

Bought a forest master wood chipper.Initially wasn’t happy with the packaging but the actual machine is absolutely fantastic used it couple of times now. Very easy to put together and very easy to start. Chews through 2” thick branches with ease. Very happy with it.

I am quite happy with the product but not the company. As an existing customer I received an e-mail inviting me to buy a log saw-horse. I bought the one they were pushing despite my reservations about the price, which was nearly £90. Imagine my anger when a week later I get another message telling me their summer sale is on and, guess what, the same saw-horse is now just under £60. It is inconceivable that a week ago they were not planning their sale, so they might just have told me to wait before wasting £30. I have tried to contact them by live chat to make my disappointment known but they are not communicating at present. As an existing customer I feel I have been targeted and I'm not at all impressed. I was offered a £10 discount from my next purchase to give a (good) review if I thought they had done well but after this there will be no further purchases.

Delivered promptly, assembled quickly [took longer to read instructions!]...didn't bother with the EU stuff...then put straight to work. A work stand might be useful to have. sat mine on top of a redundant tumble dryer , saves a lot of bending down. My machine is the basic 5 tonne jobbie, yet, it split down tree rounds easily. Some were over 2 foot across. As long as they're not much more than 12 inches thick, the splitter cracks them easily. Even makes a mess of twisted knotted stuff. Excellent value for money, especially if the discount game is played. Unfortunately, the extra 20 quid for recommending an acquaintance came a day too late...he had already ordered one, based on my experience! I recommend this splitter, especially as I seem to have a secret log fairy...trees keep appearing on my driveway! Thanks, Forest Master.

Very pleased with this splitter as I had a large Ash in my garden that had to come down thanks to disease and there was enough wood to last a few years. Anyway the 7T splitter was more than up to the task and has some really nice features. i would say that the tall stand and work surface are essential and the only tool I needed to buy was circlip pliers to move the wheels. Very sturdy bit of kit and good value. Quick delivery too.

Ordered chipper in May, didn't hear anything specific eg. an email. website said stock delayed till end of month, then June, then end of June. asked for a refund and to be notified of stock. no communication. stock shown on website (price had changed three times in a week) ordered and had to phone to sort out confusion over duplicated order (despite full refund) they never confirmed this was cancelled so phoned again, unwilling to refund me the higher price of the two orders despite miscommunications/ two months overdue. etc chipper arrived fine, packaged well, good instructions, multi spanner is crap but they always are. works well and seems to perform as promised. two points on the machine itself, the choke lever is flimsy plastic and not really fitting of "a commercial capable machine" in my opinion. also the wiring looms are absolute crap, complete afterthought and no clips or connections provided to tidy them out of the way leading to very careful moving of machine until I can rectify this to save catching them on obstacles. overall ok. appreciate there was a pandemic on but a simple email isn't diff. have since ordered spare blades and belts no issues. Update after running the chipper for approx five hours. The blades are chewed to pieces despite being careful to shake the branches of any dirt or stones. I cannot change or sharpen the blades though since of the six bolts only two have come out (note this is by using a 3 foot breaker bar not the T spanner provided) the bolts that have come out show signs of loctite/heavy corrosion!?! I work on the railway. I'm used to dealing with bolts torqued to 300+ NM. Waiting for a mechanic friend to bring an impact set over. not impressed.

Ordered the replacement strimmer engine. Delivery was good and arrived well packaged. However it is different from the images on the website in that the exhaust is blowing towards the user! No idea why anyone would design an engine like this... emailed the company and got a short reply saying they were all like this. Not great and misleading that it is different from what is shown on the site....

Just bought the 8 ton splitter and stand, delivery was 2 days and I’m delighted with its performance! Happily splits huge beech logs into manageable pieces.

Good online support when choosing product; 7-tonne splitter. Arrived here in France as scheduled and in perfect condition. Once assembled, it did exactly what we wanted and has already split a good number of logs for next winter.
