Purchased an electric chipper Which is excellent for the small garden for chipping. It does it quicker than my shredder/mulcher. I had a few queries. About why different things were happening when starting the machine. I virtually got an instant reply. I ordered the fuses to replace the ones in my extension lead What was wrong with normal 13 amp. They could easily blow on switch on so the colleague advised slow blow time delay I had never heard of this. So again thanks to this colleague Had a problem did not receive the order. Informed them. Next day I had a replacement order the next day. At no extra cost. It surprises me in their catalogue they do not have a mulcher/shredder.But I am pleased with my purchase and have already recommended and showed it working to other people

I purchased the electric start wood chipper. Assembly was straight forward but had to go online (very good FAQ section) to find out how to fit the battery which meant I had to partially dismantle and re-assemble. (Lesson here is to make sure you know how all to be assembled before you start). Started first time - no problems. Only suggestion I could make is that when feeding small diameter stuff the feed hopper has a lip so restricts the feeding of material. If the lip could be removed material would slide into the hopper easily. Good machine though and shreds to make good compost.
Very helpful staff answering questions and giving tips before purchase; then a swift turnaround on delivery after order. Once here, easy to assemble and "does exactly what it says on the pack", splitting logs rapidly and easily - they're in our woodburner this evening. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this splitter to anyone considering purchase of the same!
