Very prompt delivery of sample swatches. Excellent customer service. Even though we ordered a custom material they turned our order around within 2 weeks, even more impressive when you take into account it was the middle of December. When the footstool arrived we were very pleased with the quality and finish. Not cheap.......but if I'd wanted cheap I would have gone to barker & stonehouse.....

I can't rate Footstools and More highly enough! They really live up to their promises on their website. If a more tailored design is required then they will go out of their way to make sure that what is asked for is delivered. Delivery was on time and the goods are well wrapped to avoid damage during transportation. Altogether a really great company to deal with!

Our footstool is wonderful, and Mark went out of his way to ensure the product was right. I 4ealised quickly I had ordered the wrong leg size, and he sent on alternative ones in record time and at no extra cost. A wonderful product, and even more impressive customer service. Would recommend without hesitation!

Pleased with the product I ordered but was less than pleased that I wasted annual holiday waiting in for a delivery that did not arrive on the given day. For that reason I shall not be buying any thing else from Footstools & More. Mark at F&M was very helpful but that does not alter the fact that I wasted annual holiday waiting in for a delivery that did not arrive. Couriers should surely not be taken by surprise that the run up to Christmas is a busy time!.

My footstool is perfect, looks great, made in my choice of fabric to my required measurements. The service I received from the company was superb; I would not hesitate to order from them again or to recommend them to friends.

The team at Footstools responded quickly and efficiently to our enquiry for a custom piece. We provided our own fabric and they helped with the sizing, selection and instructions. After we had sent the fabric on, the kept is informed of the build and delivery schedule, and kept to it. When the footstool arrived, we were delighted, a great product. I am delighted with my made to measure storage ottoman that I ordered from Footstools and more. It arrived within the stated time and was to my exact specifications. I found Mark to be extremely helpful when discussing my order and requirements on the phone and via e mail. He was very helpful and quick to respond to my queries.The ottoman itself is of very good quality and looks great in my sitting room. I was also impressed with the interior of this ottoman which was beautifully lined with a thick jumbo navy cord. This is something that is not described on the website and is something that I did not give any thought to when ordering. However when I open the lid which has a hidden good quality hinge it is lined beautifully. I would suggest that this is added as additional information on the website and that consideration be given to offering a choice of colors for the lining. I was very happy with the navy though and this is just a suggestion to make this company even better. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and have in fact already done so.

My footstool arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. The quality is outstanding and exactly what I had visualised. All my friends and family have remarked how strong and sturdy the stool is. Good value for money would definitely recommend and use this company again.

I found this company on line by pure chance. Had been looking at footstools with another 'bespoke' company prior to this. These were twice the price, literally. I had a number of emails to and fro and finally ordered one with my own fabric supplied. The result is a tailor made, lovely product from a super helpful company! Recommend to anyone.

We'd been looking for a footstool for some time, it had to be a specific size and colour, and we were ready to give up. Then we found Footstools and More. They couldn't have been more helpful, made one for us exactly to the size, design, leather quality and colour we wanted. Delivery was quick and it's just what we wanted, the price was good too. We have a large lounge which was lacking cosiness. We decided to buy a very large ottoman to cosy up the room, provide storage (we like clutter-free) and to put our feet up on when we watch TV. We called Mark a few times to ask for advice on colour and style and he couldn't have been more helpful. We received around 20 'red velvet' samples in the post and also were emailed photos of a mocked up ottoman in a fabric that we originally chose, as Mark felt that it may not give the look we thought it might...and he was very right. Stripes look very different a buttoned finish. All in all we couldn't fault the service, the quality of the product and the price. We would highly recommend Footstools & More without question.

I asked Footstools & More to create a design for me to match my new sofa, using material I supplied and replicating my sofa's legs. The workmanship was excellent, the personal service was first class and I'd have no hesitation in recommending.

I ordered some fabric samples prior to ordering and they arrived within a few days. I then ordered the footstool over the phone and the service was excellent from the start. I wanted an upholstered coffee table/ footstool made up with the fabric that covered our sofas and to match as closely as possible the feet of our sofa. Mark discussed the requirements with me, made recommendations and we agreed a spec . The footstool arrived sooner than expected and is absolutely perfect - beautifully made. My wife decided that a storage tablestool would be the perfect addition to our living room. But she wanted it cover in cowhide (yes that cowhide you would normally just lay on the floor as a rug). I phoned footstoolsandmore, presented my wife's idea, and Mark took care of everything. He found the cowhide supplier, sent us pictures of the available ones, and once chosen, we just had to wait a few weeks as agreed and now we are the proud owner of a magnificent storage tablestool, covered in cowhide! I had numerous queries prior to ordering a storage footstool which would be used instead of a coffee table in the lounge, to include changing the fabric required. Each and every query was dealt with efficiently, and after speaking to both Mark and Paul I had every confidence in their expertise. The footstool was delivered on the agreed day, at the agreed time, and I was absolutely delighted with it. The quality of workmanship is second to none and I will soon be ordering a bespoke ottoman. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending footstoolsandmore. Update - I have now purchased a further 2 items, and again am delighted with the quality and craftmanship of the goods. Excellent service all round. Further update - I contacted Mark with a view to replacing the first item purchased, due to a room revamp. Mark advised of an alternative method which saved me money, so clearly customer service is paramount and takes priority over profits. I will shortly be placing a fourth order order.
