I finally found footstools and more who could provide me with the large footstool I was looking for. Really friendly and helpful staff. I also went to their factory as it happened to be close to where I live and they gave me a larger swatch of the material. They made it a little higher and gave great advice to make sure it was perfect. In daily use. We all love it.

I had a very clear idea of my ideal footstool; I wanted a traditional check pattern but modern chrome feet, something that is not available in the usual furniture stores. Footstools & More provide a bespoke service, they sent out fabric samples and were available to discuss further detail prior to manufacture. The end result is a beautiful, high quality storage footstool which looks exactly how I imagined it.

After deliberating for quite some time on whether to order one of their bespoke footstools I took the plunge and went for it. I spoke with the sales guy on the phone and he helped me choose legs and style along with a fabric that would go well with my current furnishings. When the item arrived I was over the moon with the quality and the professional look and feel of the product. A few of my friends have also commented on the quality of the product and are now in line to purchase from them too. The delivery time was exactly as I had hoped for a bespoke item and it arrived on the day that it was promised. I will definitely order from this company again when I need some more bespoke furniture, I simply cannot emphasise how good they were to deal with.

Hugely impressed by the quality and service. I contacted them about using a particular fabric which I was going to source myself. They were really helpful, and managed to get the fabric with a trade discount at 30% cheaper than the normal retail price. The advice they gave on the phone about leg height was excellent, and we are delighted with our giant footstool! I would highly recommend this company .

I contacted Footstools direct with an unusuale request for a circular seat with backrest for the centre of our dressing room. They said they could make bespoke furniture and I sent them a drawing of what I wanted. They were very helpful. Suggesting different options and sending me leather samples. All emails were answered quickly and quotes were exactly as I had specified. I placed the order and they made the seat keeping me informed of how it was progressing. When it was done it arrived and is absolutely perfect and just what I wanted. It is unusual to find a company that takes pride in their work but I can definitely recommend this company as one that does. I wouldn't hesitate to recomend or use them again.

So helpful - could not do enough to make sure we got exactly what we were looking for. The footstool is beautiful, the customer service is second to none and even delivery was exceptional (so rare these days)! We are delighted with our excellent quality footstool which has been complimented by so many visitors to our home.

We are very pleased with our footstool. We wanted to create more of a padded coffee table (which are so popular at the moment and seen in all the latest design magazines) but which can also be used as extra seating when needed or to rest one's feet on. So very flexible product. We keep a tray on the footstool so drinks can be put down on it without ruining the fabric. The sales team at Footstoolsandmore were very responsive, answered emails very quickly and even late at night. We sent in our own fabric which we bought at Laura Ashley as we wanted a very specific colour / texture but the fabrics on offer from Footstoolsandmore were great and strong contenders. We sent in more fabric than required but Footstools returned the leftover piece to us. The fabric had to be treated for fire safety, so the team organised for the fabric to be sent away and treated at a cost of £10. A few weeks later our stool arrived on time on the agreed delivery day and was packaged very well. All in all a friendly, efficient service and great experience. Would highly recommend.

I ordered on the phone a footstool, it was great dealing with a human and being able to order the size I wanted and the fabric I wanted at a really good price was great. It was delivered speedily and I am delighted with it.
